Juice at Smooche was extremely helpful. The product I ordered unfortunately did not work for my skin type however she communicated with me offered me a couple of options to resolve the issue and I opted for one of them. She was courteous, friendly and showed excellent customer service. Nice job Juice!

I really wanted to love the Smooche…
I really wanted to love the Smooche products, but unfortunately most of them didn't work for my sensitive skin. The good news is that Carla provided excellent customer service and I was promptly refunded for the products I couldn't use. I do love their lip gloss, as it's very moisturizing and seems to have long staying power for that type of product.

No foundation lines at neck
I was seeing this on fb and Instagram for a few weeks. Decided to look into it myself. Looked at reviews and all before commenting.
I am so glad I did as fair skin it really is hard to get a true color match. Well 3 weeks now of use and honestly I am very happy to report it is my skin but better. It lasts all day and does not crease. Chloe thank you for offering me insight on sales.
I will only commit to Smooch foundation/face cream as it makes my skin not greasy, moisturized but not creasing in lines. No feeling like a mask is on my face and no worries of foundation lines.Thank you!

Still have not received my order
When I placed my order, it was buy one get one free and then they sent confirmation email. It was $53 and then I get another email telling me it was $91 because I ordered a brush and an extra foundation which I don’t believe I did because I received an email after my first email. Telling me about a brush that used for the foundation and they gave me like 20% off, which I did not use because I was being charged for it already in the first order so that’s why I don’t understand what is going and I have not received it I placed my order on May 3 and today is the 15th of the month and I still haven’t received it., They offered me up a free lip stain or lip product and ended up me having to pay taxes and shipping, which I understand about the taxes, but they didn’t have to charge me shipping . They could’ve thrown it in with my other order. The only time they answer. My email is when I make a bad review. So if I don’t like the product, I doubt that I’ll get a refund for it. I’m thinking about calling my credit card company and disputing the charges because I don’t think I’m going to receive this the products. , a very unhappy customer !!!’
