I ordered the foundation recently from their mother’s day special and although I’m a little underwhelmed by the foundation at the moment, I received an extremely good service and experience from CARLA who was very empathetic and processed my concerns immediately. I will try and give the foundation a few more chances, I have ordered the lip plumping lipgloss before which was amazing. It didn’t suit me.
I didn’t find the foundation suitable for me so I asked about a refund. Genrev replied in a very pleasant manner and told me that the refund would be back in my bank account within a few days, no fuss, no bother. I’m really happy with this company, but especially Genrev.

Great customer service!
I loved the concept of smooche. Unfortunately, it did not provide the coverage I need. It is great if you have clear skin and need minimum coverage. As an older person, it just did not work for me.
Their customer service is amazing. Carla contacted me within one day of my email even though it was on a weekend. Carla was kind, and assured me she would start my refund immediately. Their customer service is above and beyond. I would recommend the foundation for someone young with fair clear skin.

Smooche great service just not right foundation for me
Color Changing Foundation
The Smooche foundation goes on your skin smoothly and smells lovely but once the foundation settled into my skin it was too like for my overall complexion. After trying different primers and moisturisers as a base to see it that helped, I conceded defeat - it’s not the right foundation for me. I emailed Smooche and ended up liaising with both GRACIA and GENREV - who were prompt in responding and initiating a refund. Great customer service. One star removed only because the foundation wasn’t perfect for me!
