Shipping issue not product issue
If it wasn’t for the customer service I received from Genrev I would not be giving this experience a 4 star. I like the foundation I have only used it twice so far, the color match is perfect for me. I want a more natural look on my face I don’t want it to be a big difference from my neck and face. But I was very disappointed in the shipping. The order was placed on April 27th and when it was past time to have been shipped I still had not received a shipping tracking #, I reached out and the AI response from one person said it was being split and has went to the courier and I should be receiving a tracking #. Still waited and nothing. I reached out again and was told by Genrev there was an issue but I should be receiving it soon. And I eventually did in May 13th. Which I let Genrev know and how disappointed I was with this transaction and even if I like the product I’m not sure I will order again. She was quick to reply and offered to make it up to me by giving me a free product of my choice and she would handle the shipping herself. I have not received confirmation of it being shipped but that is because she just did the order yesterday. But her quickness to potentially save a customer and helpfulness was what I’m impressed with. Thank you Genrev for your help and honesty.

I ordered the colour changing foundation but it didnt suit my oily skin. I had bought a 2 pack so asked if I could return the unopened one and was offered an exchange. I opted for this and didnt have to return the foundation. Customer service was excellent!

Don’t buy / complete scam
If you’re lucky enough that this foundation works for you, great. But unlike myself, I found even the darker shade to light for my skin. It’s been 2-3 weeks since I’ve been trying to get a return (I fell for the buy 2 at a discounted price) and not a peep out of their customer service. I’ve left them bad reviews on the website and nothing. Don’t bother wasting your money if you’re unsure as to the right colour for you. Waste of money, all marketing scam. Terrible company & horrendous customer service

I did not understand how to apply this. I went on line for a tutorial.
It took a bit to not use too much or too little.
The pink teardrop sponge is ofd and the makeup does not clean off.
However the match to my skin was perfect. Also non drying.

Smooche did not match my skin tone. It made my face look just awful. I wore it once then tossed it in with my collection of unused, makeup that looked the same as Smooche. I gave it a try and it failed.
