Customer service is a joke
I raised a complaint about the fact that this foundation had worn off my face in less than 4 hours and that their 30 day money back guarantee is worthless. They have a Ludicrously long disclaimer on their site. I then got a message via Trustpilot to ask what the order number was, which I promptly supplied. The response that I got from them was as follows "I've found your Order #581525 and I'm happy to help. Your order has shipped and is on it's way to you via Royal Mail. Here is the tracking number. I entered the tracking number which confirmed what I already knew, that it was delivered on the 11th May! So much for them bothering to read the initial review on here. They couldn't be bothered to do anything, let alone investigate my complaint. Purchase from them if you will, but I hope that anyone who has an issue with any of their products, I doubt that you will have any help

Don't waste your money!
This is a total scam. The product looks nothing like their advertising videos. Shame on me for not looking at reviews first. And, of course, no returns after 14 days. I gave it a chance....tried it numerous times. Don't waste your money!!!

Whilst the foundation was not the right…
Whilst the foundation was not the right match for my skin i can absolutely recommend for customer service. No quibble return of my charge. It didn't fit my skin tone but I have to say it went on like silk but I looked too pale, but it did minimise my smile lines magically. If it only went a shade darker id be a lifelong customer. Gutted.

Pump doesn’t work and no response from company
I purchased two bottles of the colour changing foundation which arrived relatively promptly. However the pump on one of the bottles doesn’t work and the company has not responded to any of my numerous emails or messages on Facebook. Very disappointing, especially as I quite like the product.

Shipping issue not product issue
If it wasn’t for the customer service I received from Genrev I would not be giving this experience a 4 star. I like the foundation I have only used it twice so far, the color match is perfect for me. I want a more natural look on my face I don’t want it to be a big difference from my neck and face. But I was very disappointed in the shipping. The order was placed on April 27th and when it was past time to have been shipped I still had not received a shipping tracking #, I reached out and the AI response from one person said it was being split and has went to the courier and I should be receiving a tracking #. Still waited and nothing. I reached out again and was told by Genrev there was an issue but I should be receiving it soon. And I eventually did in May 13th. Which I let Genrev know and how disappointed I was with this transaction and even if I like the product I’m not sure I will order again. She was quick to reply and offered to make it up to me by giving me a free product of my choice and she would handle the shipping herself. I have not received confirmation of it being shipped but that is because she just did the order yesterday. But her quickness to potentially save a customer and helpfulness was what I’m impressed with. Thank you Genrev for your help and honesty.

I ordered the colour changing foundation but it didnt suit my oily skin. I had bought a 2 pack so asked if I could return the unopened one and was offered an exchange. I opted for this and didnt have to return the foundation. Customer service was excellent!
