Excellent cover looks like your natural skin very light weight on your face

I wanted to love the product, but it was a bit too thick for my mature skin. I felt like it was settling into my fine lines. Nonetheless, the customer service from JESSA was great! She refunded me the cost of the product when I explained I wasn't happy and also when they sent a makeup sponge instead of the brush I ordered.

Great product. Although took a hard to come. But worth it

The product left my skin looking scaly, even after moisturizing.
Canceled my subscription with Jessa was simple though. She was very responsive

Customer service- Order #443116- It took 3 weeks to receive my order. The product looked horrible on my skin. Every poor was visible and after a Sunday Dinner with a large group of people seeing this, I couldn’t wait to wash my face. I sent an email to Customer Service about returning the product and I received an email from Euri. She was very friendly, sweet, helpful and professional and she handled my issue perfectly. She told me I will be refunded my expense. I’m still waiting on the refund, but I trust I will receive it.

I bought two bottles because who wants to run out, right?! Actually I gave one to my daughter because I noticed that her foundation that she was wearing oxidized on her face and didn’t match her skin tone well. She told me the other day that she loves it! I told her to start using a brush to put it on and she threw away her sponge thank goodness!😅

This product sounded amazing and so I knew I had to try it. I was so keen to try it when it arrived, however it really didn't suit my skin. It went on fine, but then settled in certain areas of my face and turned a different almost orangey shade which I couldn't get to change. I was so disappointed as I thought I'd found the foundation for me.
I emailed Smooche just to tell them my experience, and a very helpful person called Carla got back to me and initiated a refund without me having to ask. This is top class customer service so well done Carla and Smooche.

I am not very happy with the product. The color that came out was white and when I blended it, it didn’t match with my skin color. I had read in the reviews that if you had darker skin, it wouldn’t match. Well they are correct. I was very happy with their money back guarantee with returns. Via chat/email- Juice kindly stated they would get my refund back to me immediately and I’m very happy about that. We will see how long it takes to be refunded though. I love how quickly they initiated the refund process and how nice the woman was that we worked with. Thank you!

Order 602555. This product was not for me, so contacted Smooche for a return. Had a quick reply from Carla stating a full refund had been initiated as per the returns policy. Overall very good customer service - thanks ☺️

Although the product did not work for me, Garcia provided excellent and timely customer support. I would recommend anyone to try the product as the customer service is excellent.

Although the product was not for me, I got an email from Christine asking how my experience was. I told her I was not a fan of the product but couldn't see how to get a refund. She sorted it all out for me. I was amazed how easy she made it it. Her customer service was great and that is rare these days I actually wish the product had been right for me, as this is definitely a place id be happy to do business with regularly. I may try some of their other products. I cant fault the service.

Definitely not great coverage, nothing like advertised. Not from Korea! Korean women don't use it, don't believe what their advertisement says.
