Overcharges postage fee
I would rate this company very highly, but they are deciving customers by charging us £8 for expedited delivery, but my parcel came 1st class large letter via royal mail costing approximately £2.35p stealing £7.65p from me. Considering the cost of living at the moment this is a disgusting lowlife move.
The company advertised a method and service for delivery but used a different method and service, gaining almost 400 % profit of the price I was charged for.
The gentleman on the phone was very abrupt and rude and was dismissing my complaint, I.e " you've got your parcel what's your problem" my problem is you've deceived me!!!!
Make sure you double check that your not being charged 4 times the value for postage.
Smoke lounge you will more than likely get a letter of claim from myself.

I am always concerned if I am using a website to purchase something for the first time that delivery may take ages or not at all.
I am pleased to say the website was easy to use, communication was very good and delivery only took a couple of days!
