DO NOT waste your money

DO NOT waste your money. This company has no idea what they’re doing, 0 support or care once they have your money. I had to follow up every step of the way with 0 information on what the next steps would be, how long they would take or what was holding them up. They never informed the dentist so I had to book my own scans (which cost extra) they never sent the tools for the teeth images and told me to just use my fingers. They never even told me that I needed to upload images in order to receive my aligners they just let me sit around waiting for a week until I followed them up. They also continue to harass me with marketing even though I’ve already purchased the aligners.

Didn’t listen

Oliver didnt listen to me. And this is my third time doing this. The instructions were fine but I’ve already done this before so very unnecessary. I told him the tray was too small and he made me do it anyway

Responsive and well priced

Smile Path has been mine and my partners choice for aligners to keep our smiles in place since the company we used to straighten out teeth went bankrupt. The process to get our nighttime aligners has been better then the last company with a face to face video call to help us get our moulds done correctly.

They are always quick and responsive via email and flexible when needing to change delivery address.

I have recommended smile path to a friend to get her teeth straighten as she lives rurally and doesn't have access to local options for straighten.

We have continued to order our night aligners with Smile path for the last 2 years.
