I had my incisor impressions video call today with John. I was unfortunately late to our chat as I accidentally put the video chat time in my phone as 5pm when it was at 4pm. Oops! John was very clear with his instructions and guided me through every step of the process (working with the putty and making my moulds). He had good attention to detail and was able to tell me what needed to be corrected with each subsequent mould, and in the end I ended up doing 3 moulds. John was very patient and attentive. The only thing I did not like was at the end of the session John sent me an email with links to various platforms to review my experience and asked me to make my reviews while still on video chat with him. I politely let him know that I would complete a review of my experience outside of the video chat (I think asking a customer to write a review while on video chat is not appropriate and is a high pressure way of garnering positive feedback). My review is for my experience thus far (placing my order, scheduling my video call, and creating my incisor impressions via the video call) and not for the final product as I have not yet received my mouth guard as I have just completed my video call and still have to mail my incisor impressions.

Great product, whatever you do, do the free 1 on 1 makes life so much easier !

My 1st phone experience with Jamie was wonderful. She was not pushy at all and she was there to help answer all my questions.
I'm nearly at the end of my treatment and I can see my teeth moving nicely. The aligners are very comfortable and easy to use. I highly recommend the night aligners as it gives you a slight lisp if you had to work with them in.
I've even purchased the teeth whitening system which I also love.
Once I finish my treatment and get my very end result, I'll be referring my friends.

Just completed the video session which was very helpful. The person assisting me gave very clear instructions and demonstration of the mould impression process to make it easier. I look forward to receiving my night mouth guard soon.
