This is the third time I'm ordering skirting boards and architraves from this company, as a returning customer. The customer service is second to none, no doubt!

Rachel made sure I could order an older model, despite it not being available on their website and did so in record time, responding to emails in less than an hour. Everything was speedy, correct and done with a smile (probably).

I'll order again when we renovate our upstairs.

I ordered skirting boards and architraves to replace throughout my house, but after placing the order, I realised I hadn’t ordered enough architraves. I called up the next day, and Rachel was really helpful—she quickly adjusted the order so everything could be delivered together.

I also accidentally selected the wrong delivery date, which would have pushed things back by a week, but the team managed to accommodate the corrected delivery date and get everything to me in time for my carpenter to install same week.

Delivery was fast, the quality of product was excellent, and the customer service was spot on

They delivery service carried the wood inside, even though I said it was fine to leave it outside. The quality of the wood is excellent, and it’s been primed very well.

I am writing this review three weeks after receiving my order from Skirting Online. I wanted to check the whole order and get some of it painted before I commented.
First off, I researched quite a number of Skirting providers, and I used Trustpilot to verify. It became a toss-up between two companies but, upon searching specific keywords including ‘primed’, Skirting Online seemed to be unique in that the comments surrounding were wholly positive.
Next, I made some enquiries by email and, as per other experiences on Trustpilot, I received an immediate response from Rachel – on a weekend – I would have been happy to wait :) No hard-sell at all, but Rachel was keen to ensure I had all the information I needed. Suitably reassured, I placed an order just before Christmas. Importantly, Rachel committed to get it to me before the shutdown. The delivery arrived exactly as agreed, even delivered by one of the actual machinists, top chap.
The quality is excellent. I ordered 70+ primed MDF mini bullnose boards and they arrived tightly packed to prevent damage. The priming is immaculate and has painted really well – although I am some way off of finishing yet!
End to end, the Trustpilot reviews are an accurate representation of the service, delivery and product experience I received. I would definitely recommend Skirting Online to others. Thank you.

Great service! Rachel informed me when my order was ready and confirmed the delivery. Arrived in good order and with a cheerful driver who was very helpful. The only possible criticism would be the plastic wrapping round my dado rails but at least I could see all was there and in good condition. I would definitely use again and highly recommend. They have a huge choice of designs.

Beautiful designs! I ordered architrave, skirting and trims which have all arrived on time and in perfect condition. I made the mistake of thinking 70mm would be okay and ordered that but the team contacted me to double check and I realized a larger height would have looked better! Saving me a lot of trouble. Can't recommend the team enough!
