I have only bought some really lovely face cream. I can't write about how brilliant my experience was I placed and order it arrived I like it. Everybody want's a review I seem to spend half my life writing reviews please stop sending me these emails.

I’ve ordered a number of products on my first order with Skin Pharmacy; I received the product within 2 days of ordering. It was very well packaged, and the customer service was excellent when I rang up with a query.

Communication is 100% any time you need support on any products you can what’s app message and you get a response straight away. Delivery is very good , and their prices are the best out of all companies I have registered interest.

This is my second order of Zo skincare products. The pharmacy contacted me to say they needed to split the delivery in two parts and the comms was absolutely 10/10 throughout. Hand delivered at the door speaks for amazing service for their customers.
And just a word about the Zo skin products: I strongly recommend! If you are scared of the radical night repair (Retinol) then try the Complexion renewal pads and the hydrating cleanser, you will see improvement imminent!

All the products were open ended and leaking. No. Longer safe to use

I ordered an Alumier MD vitamin rich serum and the pump was faulty so I was unable to use the product, I contacted skin pharmacy and received excellent customer service and a replacement product next day.

I am giving the company 5* for sure. I have reached out to the company in advance and asked about international delivery to Hong Kong. My email was answered very promptly. After placing an order it took quite a few days to get the order shipped, after enquiring further I was made aware that my parcel got stuck with Royal Mail as we do not have postcodes in HK (RM should know that). I got anxious. It was my first order. Mahmoud reassured me that the order would be shipped by another service provider as soon as RM sent it back. Once order was posted by UPS I received it in 48h! The reason why I am giving 5* is that things always go wrong with couriers, we know that. It is important how the company acts when things go wrong. Not when they are perfect. I will definitely return to place more orders in the future.

Products are great. I needed a change in products as my skin felt dull and dry. A few weeks after I started using the products my skin felt and looked more hydrated and radiant. I will be putting in an order this week for even more products.
