Fast redemption and seamless

Was honestly surprised with how fast the approval took. Typically read on the internet it'll be 4-5 months later so was prepared to wait. I signed up for my CC in end October, and received email confirmation to collect my free gift in early January. The whole process was authentic and seamless.

Easy to redeem the payments

Easy to redeem the payments. Just sign up through the Sing saver website, than fill up the rewards form. Once fulfill all the requirements, the reward cash is send through pay now.

I missed out on claiming my…

I missed out on claiming my CapitaVoucher gift, Jeremiah helped me to request for an extension. Appreciate it. One feedback is to inform the customer receiving the gift that the email is from DBS and not SingSaver so that we can keep a lookout and not miss the email especially since multiple DBS emails are sent in a week for existing customers.

Jeremiah from SingSaver helped me to submit an appeal. Checked email regularly for the voucher code but the 1 month redemption was too short as i was overseas when I got the code. He managed to submit an appeal for me and I was given another chance to redeem the voucher :) thank you Jeremiah!

Quick action from Singsaver team to resolve issue

Applied for HSBC credit and the reward status was pending for longer than I expected. I email the team and got a response within reasonable time frame. They asked me to wait for another few weeks. However I had to travel for work out of Singapore for almost a month and missed on the redemption period. The singsaver team, Jeremiah was kind enough to get me an exemption to redeem the gift. Overall i think the window to redeem the gift is too short. I had some friends who missed out on the period to collect the gifts and had to forfeit although they were qualified.
