Exceptional service

Exceptional service! I missed my reward deadline, but SingSaver’s team was incredibly helpful and flexible. They responded quickly to my emails and allowed me to claim the reward despite the deadline having passed. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and willing to go the extra mile.

Worthing Trying

I've used SingSaver to try out a number of services, and overall, the experience has been positive.

I have not yet receive my reward and I do not understand that why Singsave asked me to review before i receive anything!
Also to feedback that for the reward tracker, there isn't enough information or update of how the reward is being processed.

Read the T&Cs

Singsaver is lie. Do not trust them when they offer cash vouchers or other gifts. The T&Cs usually limit the incentives to the first xx subscribers and so far I have not gotten anything from buying through them

It's easy to compare and choose for your requirement.
And aslo The procedure is simple and easy to claim the reward. Also that is respontive and patient to my query.

PayNow credited but not really

Received an email saying my paynow reward has been credited with a transaction reference, checked my paynow bank account and nothing at all (+-5 days from the stated credit date). Opened a ticket with them and have yet to receive a response.

Staff were helpful

Staff were helpful, got my gift early too in time for my girlfriend’s birthday, super thankful for that to the team.

Small downside is that you used to be always able to connect with the team via the chatbot, but recently, the chatbot will just create a ticker for your matter and you will have to wait. Would be nice to be able to connect to the staff members faster.

Experience was great

Experience was great. The card took abt 1 month for approval and for the gift, it took about 2 months before I receive the redemption email. Redemption was quick.
