I have fulfil the requirement for the cards. But singsaver customer services reply in the mail stating that Citibank reject my rewards. But when I check with Citibank. They say that I can provide the ref number to singsaver for the reward. End up it was rejected again saying Citibank reject it. So many email and months of waiting while they cannot honor the gift.

Had participated in CC promotion and ran into some technical trouble and delays on the Singsaver website. But after reporting to customer support, they took care of it and solved the problem. Appreciate the great customer support and resolution.

Understand that gift redemption will take 3 to 4 months and i waited for almost 8 months and still have not received the gift even though I have fulfilled all the requirements. The staff are all friendly and helpful but they just keep asking me to wait and no resolution has been given. I have no idea how long more I have to wait even though I know the staff are trying to help me out. So i having kind of mix feelings for Singsaver as a whole.

There was always human response (not the auto AI bots) even though sometime delayed when I have problem redeeming my vouchers. That gave me the assurance to go Singsaver for future applications that suit my needs.

I applied a standard charted card via singsaver and was promised to get $350. The application was during Nov 2025. It has been in progress since. During March I used the AI bot to highlight that it has been a while and what is the reason that it is still in progress. The bot indicated it is not normal and will get a staff to contact me but this is April and no one has contacted me. Singsaver seems to want people to apply credit card through them and refuse to honour the rewards that they promised. I can’t help but wonder are they just around to collect all our important data. Please do not believe in Singsaver.

I applied for the Citi Rewards Card on 8 January, and it was approved in less than a week. I also received my card within two weeks.
However, as of now (30 March 2026), I have still not received the Apple Watch reward, despite meeting the required top-up amount.
There has been no timeline provided or status updates, and I have had to repeatedly follow up with all parties involved.
