Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are really sorry the money from your loan has not entered your Bank account yet after being advised it would . We take any feedback like this very seriously and as you will see from our reviews on Trustpilot, this is no where near the service we would expect to be provided by one of our lenders and we rarely receive negative reviews.
We have just replied to the email that you have sent on this matter and urgently looking into this for you and will provide you with an update shortly.
*Update*
Further to your review and original reply. It was explained to you on 29/01/2026 that there was a BACS fail on the evening of 28/01/202 which meant loans that were due to fund couldn’t be completed until this technical problem was resolved. This was resolved the following day and funds were sent you in the afternoon of the 29/01/2026. This was a rare and very unfortunate technical event that couldn’t have been foreseen.
We would like to apologise for the delay in your loan funds not being received on the date you expected and thank you for raising this issue with us and for using Simply Money to find the loan your were looking.

I had Danielle at Evlo help me with my loan, she was careful and considerate, I felt that my loan and my ability to repay was taken seriously as well as their wish to not put me in a worse position. She gave good advice and stuck with me for the day it took to get all relevant information and monies to me. Brilliant service, will definitely be sticking with them over other companies.
