Cancelled appointments. Difficult claim
Currently in the process of a claim. Extremly difficult. They use cet who have cancelled on me multiple times, and it means the tennant who has needed to provide access took multiple days off from work, he’s actually quite annoyed and now wants vacate. Cet also came and stated a leak was caused by building work, when no building work has been done. Paper work is very extreme and I’m in process of getting all sorts of info from letting agent. Update 4th August 2026. Despite numourous calls and multiple days since CET visit still no contact.
