Good luck contacting them - starting to look scammy.
Initial set up and giving them money is easy. as soon as you want to speak to them. its I'mpossible. I'm on here purely to see if it provokes a response. I accidentally bought a second policy not realising they had ignore my previous comment saobut not wanting an auto renewal. tried calling, tried messages, tried call me back' Also received an email from the, stating they sold me two policies, like its news, yet offering no easy way to sort it out. Also the newly chosen policy I think was cheaper? I basically wanted to cancel 1 policy. but seeing how useless they are to contact (have called multiple times, chat bot is total waste of space 'call back' doesnt appear. etc. I now just want to cancel both polices and go with someone else. The apparent ease of setting up is of no use if you can't contact them with any issues. Also I have previosuly stated I DO NOT WANT AUTO RENEW ON ANYTHING!

So just 17 hours to reply to a complaint onine but its taken 7 days to get a response to my compaint on your own system with an actual account query! Seemingly it is 'being looked into' now but would have been better to have got hold of you a little quicker. - will update here depending on the outcome.

Didn’t help, when I needed it!
Been with simply business for 2-3 years for my painting business. Thieves got into my locked van the other week and stole £800 worth of equipment (which I’m supposed to be covered for) and Simply Business have done everything to get out of paying me. Would’ve thought they would try and help a small business owner get back on track, especially after being with them for years. Very frustrated, and it turned out to be more stressful than the break in itself. Be careful people. I’m a very careful person when it comes to locking my van etc, they don’t believe me at any turn, and made me trip up over my own words, so they could get out of paying for me tools. Avoid

Very frustrating experience
Very frustrating experience. There is no option online to turn off automatic renewal, so customers are forced to waste time calling just to ask them not to renew the policy. Unsurprisingly, the renewal quote is considerably more expensive, while it is very easy to find the same cover elsewhere for a much lower price. Turning off automatic renewal should be a simple online option, not an unnecessary phone call.
