Top notch service. Our fitter is 100% professional and a thoroughly nice guy. We are very impressed with this company. Their communication is superb and the product is of a quality that is second to none. Prices are excellent plus you have the John Lewis price guarantee. What’s not to love.

Initial booking and survey was all organised and completed promptly in Dec 2025. We knew the product we chose had a longer lead time but had heard nothing by April 2026 other than that they had been shipped. On chasing this up it turned out the representative who had done the survey had left the company and therefore another fitter would be attending. This was arranged promptly and a date set for within two weeks.

Reshad Allymamod attended on the day having contacted me 24 hours in advance to confirm. The fitting service was excellent and Reshad was punctual, polite and efficient. He took his time and made sure I understood how to operate the shutter system and how to look after them properly. Reshad left the lounge clean and tidy and removed all rubbish and helped me put furniture back in place. Reshad provided first class service and made up for the fact that we had not been contacted about the delay in the fitting of the shutters. The product is as described and of good quality and finish. Reshad is five stars. Overall is four - only because I had to chase the company for a fitting date having had no contact since shipping.

Shutterly Fabulous sent out an experienced joiner to measure the windows and explain all my options. He was very meticulous and accurate, so I know there will be no need for further measuring up. He told me he would also be fitting the shutters. I liked the fact that he wasn't pushy and using the old flannel technique.
Their original price was a bit expensive, but they price matched another quote I'd already had. They explained the wait time of about 10-11 weeks, was because they are made to measure.
I feel very confident that this company will do a good job and I will certainly leave a review after they are fitted.
Due to my prompt decision to employ Shutterly Fabulous and quick deposit, they even sent me a gift card for £50 with John Lewis. This was a very welcome surprise.

Our shutters were measured and installed by Lee McGuinness. We had them installed today and they look fantastic. Lee is very professional and did a great job with no mess left behind. I also had fantastic customer service from the phone and scheduling team.

Lee (McGuinness) came to measure and fit our shutters. He arrived on time fir both and kept us up to date with progress. The results are stunning!

Paul Currie arrived at our home 5 minutes early and ready to start fitting our new shutters on 5 windows, which included a large bay window. He then set too and worked quietly and diligently until the job was completed. We are thrilled with the shutters, the workmanship that has gone into their production and the professional skill shown by Paul throughout the process. From measuring up back in December 2025, to fitting the shutters today. He has made this experience so good for us! I would highly recommend the company & having 1 person from start to finish is excellent. Well done Paul!!
