I would like to share my experience with Shuffle.
My username on the platform is lolyouyy. On March 12, 2026, I deposited 169 USDT into my account and placed a sports bet. After winning, my balance reached 510 USDT, and I requested a withdrawal.
After submitting the withdrawal request, I contacted live chat support to ask about the status. I was then informed that I needed to complete verification (KYC). I proceeded to complete all available verification levels on the website, and everything was approved.
After that, I received the following message from support:
"Please allow some time for our KYC compliance team to manually review the documents you have submitted. We are unable to provide an exact estimate for when this process will be completed; however, we will reach out to you once this has been completed or if we require any additional information."
The next day, I followed up regarding my verification status and was told:
"For assistance with your query, please email "support email", and a member of our Sports Compliance Team will get back to you as soon as possible."
I sent them an email. Initially, I received a response, but now I have been completely ignored for the past two days. I have no information about the status of my verification or what I should do next.
This situation is very frustrating and raises serious concerns about the reliability of this casino.
Update: 23.03.26 still no response and my withdrawal still "in review"

No longer really worth playing the site the rewards are a joke and shuffe keeps giving you this 'we factor many things when calculating your bonus' bs. 13$ monthly for 100k wager.
The airdrop is also a joke. If they didnt have ad3 everyone would quit, if they released all the tokens instantly everyone just sell and quit. By making the ad 52 weeks they are making sure none of their active players want to quit so they can be milked a bit more.
And the rabbit hole of bs regarding the site is much deeper.

It’s been more than a week I initiated a withdrawal and it has been under review since. Meanwhile I have passed all the levels of verifications. Customer support keeps repeating the same old generic response of, “ allow us some time for our compliance team to manually review your documents submitted”. I feel like it’s very important to leave positive reviews as well as negative ones. I am a new user to shuffle and have to say I’m so impressed! I logged in today expecting a weekly bonus of $20 or so, it was much much more than that. I won on the promo play, added my bank account for redemption and can see it as a pending ACH transaction within an hour. That is incredible! I am a high value player so I did spend quite a bit this week but overall, I have no complaints and their rakeback bonus’ are better than I’ve ever seen and I’ve played them all. I do want to add that I verified my account and uploaded all of my documents for KYC prior to asking for a redemption so I highly recommend verifying your account as soon as you sign up to make the process more smooth. first they treat you like a special player everything goes well tbh …but after sometimes they banned you even if you do nothing ,in my case they said ..WE HAVE IDENTIFIED ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT THAT MAY INCONSISTENT WITH OUR TOS THEREFORE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PLACED ON WITHDRAWAL-ONLY MODE. i asked them many times what i did wrong even after verification via identification..they just close the support and told me to contact via email and when i emailed them still got no response.i just want to give a honest review that make deposit or do anything at your OWN RISK otherwise you ll see the same thing in FUTURE and personally from now on i wont recommend shuffle to my friends and family .

Withdrawal under review for over 14 days now and customer service not replying to my emails and when i go to chat there is a bot telling me to send email which I do but not get any replies. Moreover, after placing a few small bets of 10-15euros my account was limited to placing bets less than 3euros. Very funny. In addition there is no cancel option for the withdrawal; so if you make a large withdrawal and it is under never ending review you are literally screwed! They hold your money, not reply to you, not answer you chat requests and voila...another scam casino

Update on 24.03.26: they finally paid my 1 LTC (55usd) withdrawal today after posting reviews, filing complaint on askgamblers and numerous other methods. If you dont want to go into all the trouble, have stress and potential loss of money, AVOID this casino at any cost.

Nothing has happened so far. Customer support is not responding to my emails or the live chat.
Very disappointing experience. I hope this issue will finally be resolved soon. If it is handled properly, I will be happy to update this review.

I played for less than a day and my experience was they had extremely limited number of tables within the low value amounts and they had fake bots on those tables playing up to three hands. Refer to YouTube for examples of fake bots (search for Evolution Blackjack Fake Bots'). So, after being down $100 roughly, I decided to close and self exclude indefinitely. Next day I, opened another account with a different casino and sent a USDT deposit of $8.38 but to my old shuffle account crypto account by mistake
I then contacted support and the THIEVING CONARTISTS said I could not withdraw it using the excuse it was lower than the allowed amount (lie, I withdrew smaller amounts when I played on Shuffle even with their $2 withdrawal fee, which excludes network fees, which is very high compared to other casinos). And they are keeping my money. Typically, people self exclude when they think they have a gambling problem, so after a mistake like this, for the casino to keep the funds is UNETHICAL. NEVER PLAY HERE.

So far only one star.
I really liked this casino until a very unpleasant situation happened.
My husband and I both play at this casino. We are both verified with our passport details. One day, the system supposedly decided that we are the same person, and we can’t both claim bonus codes. That means either I can claim it or my husband can — even though we both complete the wagering requirements and both play actively. But the bonuses are only available to one of us 🤷🏻♀️
I contacted live chat support, and they insisted that I had already claimed the code and that’s why it wasn’t available to me. They kept saying I had already used it, until I told them to check the records. Then they gave me an email address to contact. I wrote to them, and they made it clear that they weren’t going to do anything and didn’t even try to help — even when I said I could immediately provide two passports to prove that we are two different people.
Email bonuses are supposedly individual. However, not once have I received any bonus emails, while I constantly see in chats that others receive them. I play regularly and make deposits at this casino as well.
For a week, I tried to ask where I could leave a review. I was simply ignored. They responded to other questions, but completely ignored this one 😹
Be careful with this casino. They will treat you unfairly, ban you in chats, and your issues will not be resolved. I have read about this problem before, and it could have been solved. It seems they choose who they want to help and who they don’t.
For 90 days, my husband and I have not been able to use the bonuses that we are both entitled to. At the very least, they could have provided a compensation bonus due to this issue caused by their own system.
If they had fixed the mistake, it would definitely be 5 stars. I used to consider it the best casino, but here people are treated as nothing more than money.
