Shuffle live support is most irresponsible and useless support any casino have. Also their rewards aren't good. Delaying in withdraws is another issue. They release withdraw after 10+ hours after so much complaints. In games keno and blackjack are seem like scam. I played 10 months on this site with thousands time deposits but I was able to withdraw just 2 times. Too much loss in house games. And rewards aren't compete able to other sites. Most worst is their Airdrop and shuffle lottery. They're scamming in games to pay few streamers players. They are looting people to pay Airdrop and then they're looting that Airdrop money too. Not satisfied with that site. Most hectic time I spent with that site cause of that useless rude and abusive live support.

This site is a complete scam. Even the games on the site are fake and copied. Members can't find the game ID number of the most popular game provider, Pragmaticplay, on the site. They can compare it to legally verified gaming sites. The games operate on a personal RTP (Return to Player) basis and have nothing to do with luck. It only allows players who invest high amounts to win; players who invest medium or small amounts lose, and even that is limited. My guess is the site gives its customers a 10-30% cashback. I've tried this many times. After leveling up, winning becomes impossible. Don't invest in this site and don't let others invest in it either. Also, they intentionally try to get you to leave positive reviews; don't believe them.

Lose $200, lose another $3400 trying to get 4x on waifu tower and still no hit even though same patern hard mode for more than 30 bets. Decided to play some original , lose all and soo much more without a single hit. Definitely rigged, stay away you'll everything and more, and more.

I just made truspilot account today because i cant believe how bad shuffle support treat me.

I just reached gold rank today, with lifetime pnl around minus $2k Supposed to be more but got lucky few days ago.

When i try to claim te level up bonus they say i'm not eligible even though i deposit almost every single day since register.

When i'm asking the reason why, they block me from live support even though i'm not saying any bad word completely polite because i understand they just a worker.

I never get block from any casinos support before, shuffle support is the first one.

I give 1 star because this, i was planing to give 3 or 4 star because i though shuffle is cool but i was wrong.

Doesnt matter how polite you treat shuffle, theyll treat you like trash.

I will continue posting updates on the progress of resolving my issue, which is now close to taking a full month. That is why people should think very carefully before betting on Shuffle. Their support is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They cannot solve something as simple as disabling a 2FA. I have already sent everything they asked for.

So I am making a public appeal. My username is “kidogecoin”, Platinum level. I have funds locked and tokens staked on my account. Shuffle placed my account in “withdrawal-only mode.” I no longer want to use the platform — I only want my investment back.

I already have several screenshots of conversations with agents who solve nothing. Even worse, the live support only works for users who are already logged into the platform. I cannot resolve anything online with those same agents who are supposedly available to logged-in users.

And all they do here is copy and paste ready-made scripts about how they supposedly solve things with their 24/7 support — a complete lie. Withdraw your funds from this SCAM Shuffle has become!

House games claim a bold 1% edge, in reality they are blatantly manipulated and thats unfortunate as i believe from reading the reviews thats half the problem people are having and it was certainly a deciding factor for myself. When I contacted support about this, they casually dismissed it as a “typo” — no accountability, no effort to fix it, no compensation. Just a lazy apology and move on.

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t my mistake — it was theirs. If you send out incorrect promotions, you should honor them. That’s basic business integrity. Instead, they chose to do the bare minimum and leave the customer screwed over.

What makes this even more ridiculous is my history on the platform. I’ve wagered over $120,000 and I’m down roughly $8,000 — yet they couldn’t even cover a $40 difference caused by THEIR OWN error. That tells you everything you need to know about how much they value their players: they don’t.

Customer support is completely useless — copy-paste responses, no real solutions, no willingness to escalate or take responsibility. It feels like you’re talking to a wall. Promotions are misleading, and when something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

If you are a losing player, you have nothing to worry about.

But as soon as you become even slightly profitable, you can expect the following:
Three levels of verification, with the final one being the most “interesting”- they cut off your access to live support on the website and insist that all communication must be done via email. On email, you’ll be ignored for days. So much for any 24/7 support when it actually matters.

After about a week, they will finally allow you to withdraw your small balance, block your access to sports betting (of course, you just happened to have a perfect winning streak on tier-1 tournaments), and claim that it’s all up to the betting provider and that they have no control over it. Anyone who understands even a little about how betting providers and merchants work knows this is a blatant lie.

So in summary:

Your access to sports betting gets restricted if you are a profitable player (they claim they can’t influence it - not true)
Email support is not 24/7; they delay resolutions and respond every couple of days
Multiple verification stages (surprised they didn’t ask for a naked photo)
Withdrawals are not instant

I've been playing on this site since December and it was good at first, but since January I have not been able to run up a balance or hit on any slot. Its been dead for literally 1.5 months of play. I'm now down nearly $8k on the site and now realize something is up. For every bonus to pay nearly nothing for almost 2 months seems very sus and feels rigged. Also every time I play with big bets it goes horrible. I mean I win 5 out of 20 hands at the most in roulette or BJ, and any other game I assume itll happen too when I bet $50-100 or more. If I bet small say like $2-15 or microbets less than a $1, then I easily win 5-7 hands in a row, and win 16 out of 20 hands or spins. With big bets however, it's very hard to win and feels rigged. If I can't scale up, go on a run, or get a hit on a slot I will never win some of my back and it feels impossible to win at this rate. I'm waiting for the monthly bonus to hit and then I'll clsoe the account. I advise to avoid this one.
