I registered on Shuffle in 2023 and until one month ago I was fully active on the site. I never had any other account. You caused me a loss of $8,000, and unfairly and unjustly — exactly when I was only $2,500 away from leveling up to receive many bonuses and my lossback, and right when I was about to receive Airdrop 3 — you put my account into withdrawal mode under the pretext of verification.
After three years of activity on the site, I did not have level 3 verification, but I still accepted it and tried to verify. However, you did not approve it. Then, right after I shared my review on Trustpilot and asked for help from Shuffle and the site manager Mr. Noah, instead of helping me or fixing my account or returning my deposits, you disabled my account completely today.
This action is unfair, unjust, and illegal. You cannot treat a user this way after three years of activity — especially when you caused $8,000 in damages and did not return my deposits. I have video evidence of all my deposits. I only want my rights — nothing more.
I know who is responsible for what happened to me — it is Daniel from support. He has problems with me and many other users. He blocks anyone he does not like, and this is an abuse of his authority in support.

Since doing so, communication has significantly deteriorated. I have received no confirmation that my documents were received, no update on the status of my verification, and I am no longer able to access live support. Instead, I am redirected to email, where responses have become slow or non-existent.
This sudden change in responsiveness raises serious concerns regarding transparency, fairness, and the handling of customer withdrawals.
