This app used to be reliable; however, it has not worked properly for quite some time.
1. I cannot redeem kicks for rewards.
2. The app is no longer available in the play store.
3. The website is no longer working.
4. Some people cannot even get the app to launch at all.

It would be great if someone from shopkick would step up and explain the issues and/or get them fixed.

shopkick has shutdown leaving me with $75.00+ in uncashed points . With no warning app has completely unusable .

Close down the app without warning. Did not give it anyone a chance to cash out their points. Removed social media there’s no way to contact them. The app says there’s a new Shopping app coming. I absolutely will not participate.

First of all, I tried to write a review on the email that they sent me and it goes. Oh something went wrong. That’s what their app always says oh something went wrong. You shouldn’t have to work so hard to get your kicks. I take a picture of the receipt and submit it and it goes. Oh something went wrong. It’s always something went wrong. It’s a terrible app and you scanned stuff at the store. It’s the exact product goes took the goal support or it’s not the right product when it’s clearly the right product

Good afternoon shopkicks I just love your app I just wish you would bring back those videos because those videos really help me add to my kicks along with scanning items at the stores especially when iam working towards my Walmart gift cards.

I enjoy getting out and into the stores. My sister and I go together now. There is also lunch involved too yum. There's just one thing that bugs me. Back several years ago it was so exciting to get a lot of points for scanning an item. I paid for Christmas for 20 shop kicking. But now the points offered to scan an item are so low. Not an incentive to go out. Also I am not in this to communicate with others on line. I will keep doings it to hang out with my sister. Thanks

It’s great to scan items and get points to help with gift cards to help with purchases . So this is a good app for all who wants to save money. I would love to see more items like bread, sanitary items, cleaning products. Just a suggestion.

The app has some decent offers although not as good as ibotta, Swagbucks and Checkout 51. But they keep sending me emails every month claiming that I have earned X number of kicks the previous month and on checking I haven't earned even 25% of what they say.

Seems to me this app is a front for some sort of money laundering based on their numbers.
I've replied to their emails disputing the monthly totals they claim I've earned, but no response so far this year.

You say I earned zero kicks in Feb. I did earn some in Walmart and Publix and walgreens.

I absolutely love this app!!! Very easy to use and rewards are proceed EXTREMELY FAST!!!!

I like the ease of the app. Just wish we can get more points for receipts.

I have been a Shopkick user for over a decade. For years you could make some nice extra fun money with the app. I even won a sweepstakes that made me a lot of cash. Lately though the number of available offers has crashed. I could make 10-20 dollars a week in the past, sometimes more. But now you’re lucky to be able to cash in every two weeks. I still use the app, but I don’t put anything like the effort I used to put into it. It’s just not worth my time anymore

What a WASTE OF A GOOD APP TO JUST UP & DELETE EVERYTHING,NO WARNING, SHAME ON YOU!! I have used Shopkick for many years & totally enjoy making a few bucks extra for gift cards to use for groceries or whatever. It's not a perfect app but when there is an issue, they take care of it within a few days of having an issue.

This app used to be the best app for earning points ("kicks") toward gift cards. I earned over 25,000 kicks per month by scanning items in stores, with 25,000 equaling $100. Last month I earned just over 2,000, not even enough for $10. There aren't nearly as many scan options as there used to be, making it not worth the gas money to drive to the stores. In the past I have bought iPhones, a Vitamix blender ($500), and other big ticket items with my kicks. Now it takes way too long to earn kicks for those items. I still scan for kicks but know it will take a very long time to purchase anything. Shopkick gives kicks for up to 200 videos a day, but those don't even work anymore. Some days I get zero. They just don't work like they used to.

The site is very easy for use and I reallyenjoyfindingtheproductsandscanning. . I wish the site had more offers for all stores. I shop at dollar general and they were removed off of my account.

I love the app eventhouhg I don't buy in very store they have listed. It is an way of making some extra money , and also is a good way of entertainment for me.
Since , I have been using the app, I really enjoy the rewards they offer in the shopkick app.

They used to be great. Now, getting credit for anything requires several emails. Very disappointing and not with the hassle.

I have been a shop kick member for over 10 years, and it has been very rewarding.

Fun way to earn money on something you’re doing anyway!
