It doesn't work on our bed

It doesn't work on our bed.
I sent its serial number and model before ordering on dec 9. Tania Solis replied that it was the correct hand control for this bed.
none of the motors worked. i tried 3 different power supplies. Any suggestions. there is not much else that could be wrong?

Paid for the fastest expedited shipping…

Paid for the fastest expedited shipping and still took 4 days to deliver it. I should not have paid $20+ for expedited delivery.

I took a look at your order details, and your package was delivered on December 5, 2025. Your order was placed on November 28, 2025, which was during the Thanksgiving holiday when our warehouse was closed. Orders placed over the holiday begin processing on the next business day, and we offer a standard 3–5 business day shipping window. Since delivery occurred within that timeframe, it was still within our expected delivery window.

That said, we completely understand how delays around the holidays can feel stressful, and we’re always here to help. If you’re still having trouble locating the package or need anything at all, please reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of you right away.
