Beware!

Beware of doing business with this company. They post all over the website that they have a 30 day return policy so if you are buying mobility devices or products that you are unsure will work for you, you feel comfortable spending the money knowing that you can make the return. I spent $2000 on a transfer device that would not fit close enough to my wheelchair to work, when I went to return it they said it was a 25% restocking fee! That’s $500! Plus I have to spend the money on shipping this huge box back. When it’s all said and done I’d be at a $700 loss on a product they said was returnable within 30 days. They have to know that the common expectation when they say that is that you get a full refund. This is so deceptive. Watch out!

We do want to clarify, transparently, that while we do offer a 30-day return window, certain items such as mobility and transfer equipment are subject to a restocking fee, which is clearly outlined in our return policy. These products are often bulky, costly to ship, and cannot always be resold as new once opened or assembled, which is why the fee applies.

That said, we never intend for our policies to feel deceptive, and we regret that this was not the expectation you had when placing your order. We strongly encourage customers to reach out to our support team before purchasing large mobility equipment so we can help confirm fit, compatibility, and placement to avoid situations like this.

Broken part was not under warranty even…

Broken part was not under warranty even though the machine was less than 3 months old.I noticed a caster was broken inquired on replacement and was told that item was not under warrantee I had to purchased a set for $ 134 .00 item was purchased December 2025.

The customer service is terrible and…

The customer service is terrible and they didn't delivery the $1999 item that I paid and extra $347 for overnight shipping on time. The package go flagged by UPS as medical hazard and they didn't do anything about it. This product was urgently needed for my 85 year old mother who was coming home from the hospital after loosing the ability to walk. Dulce was unable to provide customer support.

website was easy to navigate

The website was easy to navigate,, I purchased a fully electric hospital bed, It arrived in time for Christmas,, had a couple of situations where I called to get instructions on putting the bed together and each time someone was there to help answer questions and help me with putting bed together
