Helpful ordering, incorrect shipping

Order processing was great and they verified I ordered correct item, which I appreciated because it could be an expensive mistake. Unfortunately, they shipped it ground even though I paid for fastest shipping (via Shop) and told them I needed it for Disney.

Geri-chair

Smoke and mirrors

In the beginning, everything was peachy creamy. Oh if it’s under warranty, will send it to you for nothing then and then reality email at the email ask them for the size of the screw. They gave me the length not the size bottom line for a couple of screws it cost me $28.50 to buy the whole bracket for the basket and I’m talking two little screws and all I needed was one

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when a small part is all you need. However, we want to clarify that we are not the manufacturer of this product. When an item is under warranty, all warranty claims—including replacement screws and hardware—must be handled through the retailer where the item was originally purchased.

We provided the screw length information exactly as it was given to us by the manufacturer, but unfortunately, they do not supply individual screws. That is why the full bracket was the only replacement option available.

We truly wish we could have done more, and we appreciate your understanding as well as the three-star rating. If you ever need help connecting with the manufacturer or navigating a warranty claim, we’re always happy to assist.

Best customer service!

Big Bad Mistake

11-16-25 - update to my Review.
I'm giving 4 stars due to the efficient communication, during the return process. They really wanted to make thing right!
After I posted my original Review, I got an immediate response from the company offering to make things right. Bottom Line.. they did. Once connected via email, It took a couple of weeks of email exchanges to accommodate their return process (of the wrong bed I received damaged in shipment). Their response to each of my emails was quick and professional.
Too bad the right bed wasn't shipped in the first place.

I ordered an Invacare Bed Pkg and instead received a Proheal Bed pkg. If Proheal Beds are all you sell, the online site was very misleading with all the reference to Invacare. The Proheal Bed arrived with a bent frame, broken motor housing and most all the bumper pieces were knocked out of their places and also broken. The quality of this bed is nowhere near an Invacare product.Tried to reach support and was unable to get connected. Base on Return and Replacement Policy, the cost is prohibitive to replace or send back. Big $800 Mistake that I get to eat and chalk up to a bad learning experience.

Decent customer service

I was taken back when someone from the company called me the day I ordered to see if I had any questions about my purchase. I did not have to wait 10 days either. I’ll buy more medical supplies from this store!

Absolutely Horrible

Absolutely Horrible. 1. I see notification that the merchandise was delivered to a mail box yesterday. There is nothing in my mailbox.
2. I ordered trapeze bar with a stand... I have not received it. I sent a message last night and was told I will ger a call today. I haven't heard from anyone.

I need to hear from someone and where is my ORDER? I need it for my VET. He can't get out of bed!!!
