After reading all these reviews I realized that I was scammed too.... had a feeling though....
I ordered two sets of the fort builder, and it says my product was delivered to Sacramento California.… I’m in Las Vegas NV......
Contacting the post office out there too because the tracking comes up as a USPS number.
I contacted my bank, they gave me my money back, and they’re investigating the business because there have been several red flags on them.
Hopefully they end up with the crap end of the stick.

I ordered a fort builder for my son back in January 2021 and 2 months later I still haven't received it. I've been emailing them but get no response. Thankfully it was only $12 although I would like my $12 back I'll probably never see it again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I placed an order the middle of February and the online tracker just says cleared customs in transit, emailed the company 5 times now and no reply as too where my parcel is

Scammers!! The product I ordered never got delivered. The tracking number issued showed the parcel been sent to another province. They emails went unanswered. Such scammers.

RIPPED OFF no response no tracking number and number to call from credit card charge go to a voice mail for some lady. Shame on you!!!! Karma will return what you deliver or should I say what you dont deliver!!!!!

Do NOT order anything from these scam artists! I ordered 2 den building kits in January. Assumed that delivery was taking a while as it was probably from China. Now I've read other reviews and I now realise this web site is a scam.

Do not buy from them as you do not get your delivery. Luckily my bank believed me and I got a refund of my money with no questions asked. The so called Linda Murphy gave me the run around as well. Presuming not the persons real name

DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPHANDYCROSS!. I ordered fort builders in mid January. Received rude customer service from "Linda Murphy", and I have not received my item. I kept getting excuses and now I get no reply at all. Linda would ignore heaps of the email and send back short vague replies. She is a scam artist! Beware!

SCAM! Ordered one Gardener's Bench on Feb. 18, 2021 and they charged my credit card and I have never heard from them or received the product. Now I see this appears to be nothing but scammers. Should have know better when I saw absolutely no contact info or address listed for this "business". Just some vague email address that I see others say goes nowhere or just gets a run around. Will report them to FB, BBB and FTC.

I've also been duped! The reviews on Facebook looked great, item never arrived so contacted them and received an email from Linda Murphy. Still nothing so tried to contact again but no response. Not happy! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS 🤬

I too wish I had read the reviews and researched this company a little better. Sounds like I'm in the same boat as the rest of you. I ordered 2 sets of the Fort builders on January 23rd, it told me to track it through the shop app, It says it's been shipped since the day after I ordered it. I emailed Linda 2 weeks and she responded once with check back in 72 hours and she has not responded again since then. I plan to go to my local television station and I'm going to let them see this site, perhaps they can get to the bottom of this. I for one cannot afford to just throw away $26, I bought those for my grandchildren for a sleepover when their parents go out of town next month. I guess I'm gonna have to order and pay double now from Amazon. This is ridiculous!
I ordered through an ad on Facebook. I guess I'll report it to them, as well
I guess the half price sale should have been a red flag. Like my mother used to say, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

SCAMMMMMM--no receipt of item, ignored emails--

Do not deal with this company. I have been conned out of AU$ 69.61 for three Construction Fortress Building kits. All my emails have not been responded to.

Same problem as everyone else! Been given the run around since January. Linda regularly tells me to contact her again in 72 hrs, gives me a tracking number that isn't valid and now she hasn't replied back in over a week. They just take your money and run! SCAM!!!

Same issue as everyone else. Fobbed off with an automated response but then hear nothing. It’s a bummer but what can you do?!? Lesson learned...never buy a product through an advert on Instagram again 🤦‍♂️

What I purchased did not arrive one month later so I contacted them chasing up
A Linda Murphy provided me with a tracking number and then a few days later a flimsy pathetic looking gold plated chain arrived followed by another when I complained
My building fort never arrived and I was told to contact her again in 72 hours which I did and now no response .......

This was meant to be a present for my nephews birthday

My product never showed up! I was scammed off of Facebook! The reviews there looked good, but it must have been lies!!! Do not buy from them. Never any communication or product. Just gave them my money!!!!

SCAM!! DO NOT buy from them. It's been over three months and nothing. Tried reaching out and received one email back with them giving me the run around and nothing after that. What a joke. But I guess the joke was on me.

This a website linked to Ali-express or Wish. Have been waiting for my order UF719015425YP to arrive for just about 6 weeks. I contacted customer service several times and I think the replies I received are automated scripts from operated called "Linda Murthy".
