Like everyone else has stated, took my money two and a half months ago. Still no package. No reply to my email message. Why do they still exist online??!!!!!!

It has gone almost 2 months and still have not got the item I have ordered and paid.
They do not answer my email, and there is no possibility for tracking my order. This is very bad!

I’m pretty upset about this because I really wanted to surprise my son with it for his birthday. Like everyone else, I ordered 3 sets of the building forts 2 months ago, my credit card was charged, but I’ve received no merchandise, no refund and no replies to my emails.

Purchased a birthday gift 3 months ago, when they say it's too good to be true, it is! Never received my merchandise, never heard from the company! I hope their intestines knot up! Do not EVER order from these scam artist!

Damn, should have checked Handy Cross here before: mostly the same thing happened to me except they answered a few emails, delaying as much as possible the moment when I advised the credit card company... Handy Cross had a tracking number with Yanwen and all but the fort builder never arrived. This is a scam through and through, hopefully Facebook acts on this.

SCAM: I also wish I'd read the reviews! I ordered 3 sets. I'm going to contact my bank. So disappointed.

Its a scam. I order and pay and never got the package

I ordered 2 Fortbuilder kits on 1/19/21. It was sent to another state. Contacted Linda via Gmail. She responded the pkg had been retrieved and was on its way. It is now 3/7/21 still haven't received my fortbuilder kits an no longer contact Linda. She has disappeared 🤔.

SCAM! I ordered over 2 months ago and was charged and have received nothing! I got one email response and still nothing!

Same issue as everyone else. Ordered in Jan- shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state. Got multiple emails saying I couldn't get a new tracking number (that is suspicious) and that the product would arrive next week- it has been 4 weeks since the product supposedly left Texas to get to Massachusetts! This is a scam!

I wished I read reviews before I placed my order for 2 tents. I to never received my order.

Scam. Report to your credit card company, your order will not be sent. I don’t know why I order anything through Facebook!

No stars!! How do you stop companies like this?

I ordered at end of January - no goods no response from the company. Yes it seems it’s a SCAM. Surprised Facebook let them advertise let alone removed them!

They are lucky to even get one star. The shopify app tracked the delivery to the wrong place. Contacted the company and they said they will deliver it again. After 3 weeks nothing so I asked for a refund. Never heard from them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Just disputed my charges from January 28th. Never received product and phone number is a private number. Thankful I used my charge card. Sad to see so many of us got scammed. Hopefully they will be punished for fraud.

If I could give no stars I would do. This company is terrible.
I tried to buy a Fort tent for kids and never arrived.First the track number said it arrived in a completely different city in England. The costumer service just kept telling me it would come on 5 days that it was collected from that place and nothing, never arrived and they had the courage to tell me this twice and when i requested my refund they just ignored my emails.

By the way you can contact your bank to get a refund.

wish don't even give the 1star which we can not avoid . Horrible and it is a excellent fraud . Not sure why cant we stop these fake websites in google
