I wouldn’t even give this a star if I had the chance! What a terrible, terrible company. I ordered my fort builder for my little boy in January and haven’t received it. Emailed customer service many times and I’ve been completely ignored. If anyone has received a refund please let me know how you’ve done this?

Same situation as many others. Made an order on january, never received items. The shop still exists! Anyone know how to deal with them? How to get refunded, and to take them to responsibility. They stole from a lot of people!

This is a scam. Customers report their shipment tracking shows delivery to a completely different region. Contacting Handycross is useless, they will not respond.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was an absolute scam. Do not order from this “company”.

Made an order Feb 1, 2021and never delivered. They owned me $33.98 tried numerous times to contact costumer service but no answer. They took me for a ride.

Ordered 2 fort builder kits in January and still have not received them. Tried contacting them with no response.I think I was scammed.

I'm very disappointed that I placed an order for 4 fort builder sets for my sons birthday next week, I placed this order jan 8th an tracking number said it was delivered to Texas when I'm in New Mexico. I've tried contacting this shop several times with no response an I'm barely checking reviews an I'm devastated to learn I've been scammed smh I can't believe I fell for it an lost money on it! Definitely goes to prove if it sounds to good to be true chances are it probably is. They made it look an seem like I was getting a good bargain but then again they had to make a good impression using fake fb reviews to con me an I was dumb enough to fall right into their trap!

Took my mum's money and never received the product.

I lived in california but my product was shipped to portland, costumer service said they shipped another one to my address and nothing came, since then, they never replied to me. I disputed the amount on my bank and i got my money back. Now the bank is going after them

Yeah I was scammed also,I ordered 2 sets on Feb.5th I have received two emails,one saying she was Happy that I bought this to her attention and the other one to the fact she was checking with the manufacturer, but have not received the product.what a mess.

I ordered a fort kit at the start of February, for my sons birthday at the end of the month. We are now half way through March and I’ve still not received it. I have sent MANY emails and had no joy. DO NOT BE FOOLED this is a terrible company! I am now disputing through my bank for a refund.

They STOLE my money. I ordered a fortbuilder in january and never received it. I wrote them several mails, but in vain, no answer. they are THIEFS. :(

Paid for product, 2 months later and have not received, parcel tracking stopped a month ago in China. Multiple requests to Handy cross for support have gone unanswered over this period. Scam.

I wish I would have done a bit more research. I too have been swindled by this so called company. I placed an order at beginning of February. I too have done the whole emailing thing. Recieved one response from Linda Murphy stating it would be delivered the 26th. Never received it. I honestly don't believe they shipped anything out at all. What a shame. How can anyone purposely and fraudulently steal money from people and still be able to sleep at night. Makes me sick.

Like so many other people i ordered Fortbuilder set in January as present for my Grandson and had no delivery. Have sent numerous emails and had no response at all.

To find out it was shipped to the wrong place. Sent an email and Linda Murphy replied saying she will give me an update.....never got any answer back even after sending multiple emails after that. Total scam and waste of money.

I ordered 2 x fortbuilder sets in Jan 2021 and have not received them. I have emailed Linda Murphy of ShopHandyCross multiple times about this even requesting a refund only to be told there is a delay due to the pandemic. Linda is no longer replying to my emails. Do NOT buy from this business they are a scam.

I ordered 2 Fortress Building Kit in January still have not received them.
When I contacted them by email with a question about why I didn't get the order track number, they said it will be delivered after 3 weeks.
But still didn't get my order and they do not respond to Emails.
SCAM, please be careful.

I ordered a fort builder in January still have not received... when i tracked my parcel it has been sent to NSW I live in Perth WA ...this is a scam saying they have delivered other state ..how do I report to Google as many people not receiving goods

Bought 2 fort builders back in jan. Still not recieved and emailed customer service to get a "coming next week" each time. So now accepted I been scammed and 40 dollars i will never see again
