We ordered two fort building kits from an ad from them on Facebook which redirected to their Shopify site. We paid $25.98 for this and have sent several emails woth absolutely no response. Complete scam and stay away. Our order # was 16130.

Do not but from this store. I ordered at January, never received the package.
They don't reply to e-mails.
Give me back my money!!!

Orribly bad. I've payed immediately but i didin't recive nothing. I've send a lot of mail to be refound but none answered me.

Fast payment/ No product. Our payment January 28 was charged to the card. Still no product! Ordered 2 smaller sets early for a birthday ...April 14. Guess we go to plan B.😥

Only reason I gave it a star is cause I had to or won’t put complaint lol.... I ordered a fort builder back on 2/3 and today is 4/12 still have not received anything nor even an update . I have sent several emails and nothing . Do not order from this place

They stole my money. I never received the article I bought for the brthday of my kid.

The worst experience I ever had. Huge scam. Do not buy from them. Also got an email from Linda. No reply since.

DO NOT BUY!!! Such a SCAM! Unbelievable!! Can’t believe I fell for this! Ordered two fort building sets back in January! Charged me right away and sent a confirmation email. I read nothing but wonderful reviews and I was so excited to have these for my boys! No one has contacted me back from the emails I have sent and still no delivery! How do some people live with themselves! Karma will be a b****!!! 😡

Bull**** a$$ store, ripped me off quickly. I ordered a survival shovel and never heard a word from them.

Do not buy from these thieves. I ordered in February, they took my $57 immediately, then I heard nothing from them. In March I contacted them telling them to either ship my order or refund my money. A few days later an email from them said my order shipped. I have not received it to this day. A recent email to them from me has gone unanswered.
I too found them on Facebook.

Scam. Do not pay anything. Never received the product.

Total scam. I also got one reply from Linda Murphy and then nothing else. I advise everyone to file a complaint with the BBB.

Unfortunately I was scammed by this so called company too. Did get an email from a ‘Linda Murphy’ saying my order was to be delivered the following Friday!! Joke! Still waiting but they were quick Enuf to take the money from my account!!! Facebook shud be held accountable for allowing scammers to advertise like this and steal peoples money!! Disgusted with the whole thing!!!!!

I ordered from them 02/03/2021, and now its April, still nothing. I cant even get in touch with anyone. Pissed to the max!!!!!

Wish I had read reviews before placing order for gardeners folding bench. Never received item and email cannot be sent. Will contact American Express regarding this scam.

The same... Scam, very bad...we should ask Facebook to give the money back to everyone because thez accept this compagny on facebook, then facebook stold us aswell...facebook owners made many many money...then they must give back the money to all of us for that...

It should be no stars.! I ordered the Fort back in January several emails been sent still no product and still no refund.. Absolutely disgusting service...
