It would be no stars. I have been a victim this scam. I have emailed numerous times. I got one reply asking to give them a chance to look into my query and to email them again in 72 hours, which, I have done. I'm really frustrated by this.
Please people AVOID at all costs. Don't be another victim of a sly scam.

The one store was so I could leave result, have waited almost 2 months for order have been and bought another present. Shop is a rip off, if I ever see it on fb again, will be sure to leave comments. This is 2nd time iv been had by us firm,won't happen again, absolute rubbish.

i bought something back in january. emailed twice about my item that said was delivered but never received it. i have screenshots for proof as well if anyone wants real proof of how horrid this experience was. they’re dirt bags and taking peoples hard earned money is a crime and i hope whoever is a part of this sh!t ass company GOES TO PRISON. :)

I made 2 orders in January, I received confirmation emails, with order numbers, they were for grandsons birthday one in February and one in march, I had to.let them down with part present, big scam need reporting to authorities

I ordered two fortbuilding kits back at the beginning of January. Took my money real quick but have received nothing. Told them I was taking it further and Ireceived an email. Had 3 emails back and forth always saying the same...I will contact my supplier, blah blah blah. No further contact in over 2 months. I will be contacting my credit card company. This is a scam but sad thing, you NEVER see these reviews until AFTER. I tried to get reviews and all I got were amazing testimonials! Yet here we are now and suddenly cant find them but get all of these. Facebook makes me sick when they allow these scammers to dupe the public. Shame on facebook too for putting the almighty buck over credibility and integrity or morals.

I also ordered the fort builder at the beginning of February. They charged me and sent me a confirmation email. Gave it a month due to COVID shipping, still nothing. I have sent numerous emails without any response. It's been 2 months and now their website is offline and I cannot even see any tracking info nor enter the website for further contact info. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I wish I checked the review websites before I went ordering something from a company advertised on Facebook! The one time I let my guard down, I get screwed. I will be following up with my credit card company to get the money back. This company does not deserve a penny! I ordered the fort builder in early February. I saw that their shipping standards say that it could take a month so I waited. But its way beyond the month now. I reached out to the company twice about the status of my item and I have heard nothing but crickets. I finally (today) thought let me check reviews and see that I'm not the only one they suckered into their scam. And to top it off when you go to look at the item you ordered its no longer listed on the website!

WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVES. Took my money for a fort builder. Never returned emails, never received the product and it's been 3 months. Complete scam, horrible company horrible people.

I got suckered too with the fort order - the fact that they are using kids toys to scam people is what makes me so irate! A very sad four year old left in its wake! I rarely use facebook because I of their complete lack of principles; my disdain for them proved correct once more! They are a despicable organization too! It would be nice that shophandycross get punished; but also Facebook - equally at fault; delete account, it is the only thing they care about, when their wallets are being hurt!

To all who was blaimed by HandyCross - ask your bank to cancel the transaction to get money back.

Did not recive any of the orderd items. Not responding to my e-mails. Scam.

Given all the similar reviews it's crazy this place hasn't been shut down. Same story - I ordered, nothing came, Had one email saying the order would be investigated and then communication dried up. Ordered start of January and we're almost 3 months later.

I ordered 2 Fortbuilder set made in January and up until now items were never received. I've sent a report to Handycross and no response from their part. I noticed the tracking they have provided doesn't corresponds to the shipping address I have provided them.

Complete scam. Made one order 2 months ago and they completely ignore my emails. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I made an order on February 27th. The order has not yet been delivered. The site support service does not respond to letters.

Ordered fort building set with blanket in early February. It’s almost April... no package has arrived. I emailed the company and received no response. There is no phone number to use. So disappointing.

Ordered the 2 of the building forts on 21st of Jan. Still have not received my order two months later. Looks like I fell victim to the scam as well. Ridiculous. Do not order through these people, you pay but never receive your goods.

oh my i am so mad i order an item from them on the 1st of march for my granddaughters birthday never received nothing and they took my money nothing but a big scam so disappointed never again don't buy any thing from these people i called my credit card company and they took care of everything for me.
