Numerous emails sent, no reply, no product either.
Do not order from here!

This is a complete scam, bought it and nothing arrived 🤬

Ordered some items and after a few months they don't response and I still didn't get my ordered items.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a fort in January for my grandchildren and it never arrived. No response from emails. So annoyed at myself for falling for the scam.

0 STARS!!!! It’s a scam and there is no way to get your money back. They don’t offer PayPal so you cannot dispute and get your refund. I ordered on January 4th, followed the ship until February 5th when my product supposedly arrived at the destination Hub (post office), continued to contact someone named Linda Murphy via email from the time I made the order until March but never heard anything back since February!

So sad to sad to have not noticed that this was a scam. Never received my products. What a bs thing to do to someone who is buying items for children. You guys suck.

I ordered a fort last January 2021, got tracking number and when I tracked it, it was delivered in Halifax! This company is a scam! Dont buy anything from here.

I ordered two forts, got order confirmation but nothing since. I've sent them 4 emails for the past 3 months, with no response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Purchased a FortBuilder - Kids Construction Fortress Building Kit in January 2021, received a tracking number and the item has been apparently stuck in China ever since. It has never left the country - was supposed to be sent to Australia. I have emailed Handycross on numerous occasions with the order number asking for assistance without a response. It is now nearly the end of April - doubt I'll get it. I think it a scam being advertised on Facebook for suckers like me. Don't buy from them - I think it's a scam!

I ordered from this company on 2/5/21 and received a confirmation that my order was being prepared for shipment. On 3/20/21, I sent them an email asking when I might expect my order. No response. On 4/21/21 I disputed the charges with my credit card company.
Such a disappointment!

Must be a scam. I ordered two building forts the beginning of January. Have not received anything. Written to them twice, no response. Tracking says its still in China, and the last tracking date was Feb 7. It is now April 20th. Also shows tracking has been expired. I would love to get a refund, but no one replies. SCAM written all over it!

I also ordered and paid for a building kit back in January 2021 and to date I have not received it.
I did email the company and got no response.
I need a refund asap.

Should be zero stars! This is a fraudulent company and should be banned from all advertising 😡 ordered two sets in January and have never received them or a refund.

No delivery, no contact, no good.

Revolut gave me my money back though, so all good in the end.
