Suppose I was lucky, my purchase was under $20.00 but I am SUPER cross that it has not arrived 5 months later and that I cannot email them.

I wish I had of looked up this company and seen all the bad reviews before I made a purchase with them. Still waiting for the Fortbuilder I paid for months ago.

Total scam. Order in February has not arrived in May.

Total SCAM do not buy from this Company I ordered a Garden Bench in February and now its May I should have known it was to good to be True I should have followed my Instincts I have sent 3 emails and not once got a response

Ordered 2 sets of the fort builder months ago.
After a few emails which remain unanswered I contacted Australia Post. The items were sent to Australia but my items were FortBuilder - Kids Construction Fortress Building Kit sent to another address.
Handy Cross refuse to replace or return our money.
Reported to ACCC and Department of Fair Trade both are sick of this company de-frauding people.

I am afraid I am another victim of this company, ordered in February and nothing! No reply to emails, afraid I’ve lost my money like everybody else.

I ordered a fort building kit in February (for a grandson's birthday in May). I received nothing. I have sent two emails and have had no response.
If there was a choice of zero stars I would have selected that instead of 1 star.

Total scam! DO Not Order from them, you will never receive anything. Same for me, ordered in February and still no product and no communication!!

Same as everybody else here. I ordered something. Thought it would be ok, advert on Facebook and payment through Shopify. No item and not answering emails.

YOU DO HAVE RECOURSE.

Dispute the payment with your bank. In most cases, you will get the money back and they will investigate these people. The more complaints, the quicker they get shut off from taking payments.

I got scammed too. Tracking on my Fort has expired and no reply to messages.

Ordered inflatable camping mattresses from HandyCross in February after seeing their Instagram ads. Thought they were legitimate. It’s a big con. I’ve emailed several times with no reply. Looks like I’ve been conned with lots of other people. Avoid like the plague!!

Got scammed like everyone else. I saw it on instagram. Does anyone have a link or screenshot of the facebook/IG post? I complained to shopify that gave them the platform to do this and I have to at least try and get these clowns

Ordered a fort for kids in January, i haven't received it yet. They gave me a fake tracking number for Canada post (after inquiring with Canada post)which turned out to be someone else's package. Got a few emails in the beginning saying i will receive it on Monday (which never happened) and now they dont even reply to emails. Total scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. 0 STARS.

3 months later, item never came. Don't respond to emails. Judging by other reviews this is just a scam. Avoid

I too got scammed and am ashamed. I ordered a garden kneeler to make work outside easier and nothing has arrived nor do these sub humans answer any of the emails.
