I made a purchase of $67.27 CDN on January 31, 2021 for 3 WIFI usb charger spy cams and to this day, nothing has been delivered. I've emailed them numerous times and still no reply. I got robbed. These people are thieves. Do not shop with this company.

Ordered the fort building kit for my son back in February and haven't received it. It's now gonna be his 4th birthday soon and still nothing. Last update I got was 'Arrived at sorting centre' back in March... Nothing else since then. Very disappointing.

Awful scammers. My item never arrived, had sent a few emails. No reply. Now website no longer exists. Wish I checked the website out before buying from them

Ordered the camping shovel on 2/14/2021 for 19.99
I know it is not a big amount of money but I still want my product. Called the Number that was attached to the purchase the lady said she no longer worked with the company which is out of China and to dispute the charge with my bank and get a refund. I am one of the lucky one's I guess who has a tracking number and over a month ago it said my package was here in the US, But I have not seen it yet. Still Waiting. Robert. Atlanta Ga.

Hi all. I too was scammed by this 'deal'! Just a tip, you are able to dispute this with your bank/credit provider. They usually have a category for 'goods paid for but not received' or the like. The major banks have insurance for these things. Please dispute this transaction with you bank.

Ordered the fort builder in January and landed to this page when searching "handy cross scam". Thieves

Ordered a kids fort builder in February. Followed up a few weeks later. Received a response from "Linda Murphy" stating she would check with her suppliers. Followed up again in early April and nothing. I will try again. Looks like a fake site...who is Linda Murphy?

Placed order 6 months ago. No product, no communication despite emailing. Scam.

Ordered in December, shipped to an address 1000 miles away. No refund, no communication. Bad business behavior, if it is a legal business.

Ordered in January and still haven't received my order yet, sent a couple of emails with no reply.

3 months later and I am still waiting for my product to arrive.

Like others I have been waiting for the Fort Builder and in spite of enquires no response. The lesson is to look up reviews of companies before purchasing. My order was quite substantial. We need to post everywhere that they are a scamming company

Did not get my fort builder that I ordered in February. Emailed in March, asked for a refund, got an email back saying it had already shipped. Now cannot get an email back. Shame on these people!! Do not order from them!

I ordered a kit in January 2021 and as at 17th May have not received it, or any communication from them,although my card was debited immediately with payment.
