Easy ordering process

I was really looking forward to using the Air Mini. I have trips coming up with weight limitations on baggage, & this seemed like the ticket, even though quite expensive. The quality of the therapy is not the same. I wake up several times a night with severe dry mouth, the pressure seems low (sometimes feels like negative pressure), and the Bluetooth connection is faulty, doesn't stay connected from night to night. I've been bounced around by what seems like multiple support groups ("we don't handle that"). Very bad customer experience.

My Cpap has changed my life for the better. I sleep better not tired in the afternoon. Was able to reduce my anxiety medication. Wish I found this miracle sooner

Needed something sent quickly as my CPAP mask broke and they only offer 3-5 day delivery.

The advisor got it sent out within 24 hours. Cannot fault their service!

I ordered an item that I needed to return. There are no instructions on your website about how to return an item so I had to email my request. After a few days I got a response with return instructions and had to pay $18.00 to ship the item back.

I was interested in having a smaller CPAP for travel, but I wasn’t sure it would work for me. I was able to purchase the AirMini with a 30 day trial/return. It was easy to submit my prescription and a customer service rep answered my questions. The device arrived in just a few days! I used it for several nights and quickly adjusted to the slight change in noise level and a different mask. It’s a keeper!

I purchased a mini unit for travel under a 30 day free trial. I have tried multiple times to call for a RMA so that I could return it because it is far too loud. I am told that a team member would call me back but I have heard nothing.

Over priced auxiliary equipment. Confusing and difficult to order online. Once you open you can not return. Buy an air mini and they change the pipe size ok. But they make it impossible and confusing to buy convertible units. Plus the masks specifically for the air mini are a complete rob. Buyer beware.

I worked over the phone with a couple of folks on getting the order details and billing information correct. Both were courteous and professional.
