I received a surprise when I received notification from Conni that my son was to receive a mat in a colour which would not suit. I did not know who ordered the mat and Conni gave me a hint that it had been ordered by his NDIS service supplier. Staff members were very friendly and supportive and when I contacted his service provider approval was given to chance both the colour and number of mats. We were were treated with great respect and friendliness.

Everything we ordered arrived in two parcels. We are happy with the service.

The sheets are good and waterproofed but find slippery for duvet. Would be good with maybe a spot of Velcro.

Conni X-wide dual bed pad with tuck-Ins (suits double or queen mattresses).
This product delivers on all it claims.
I bought the dual because it was the only stabilised product that would tuck in on our queen bed. I needed a stabilised pad on my wife’s side but did not need (but can live with) a pad on my side of the bed. So far so good.
However my wife lives with dementia. Rather than lie head up/feet down on her side she tends to lie more across and towards the centre of the bed. Moving her back to her side is not workable. Neither is a centre roll to keep her on her side. She just uses it as her pillow. And to accomodate this l align her pad further toward the centre of the bed. This leaves less tuck-in and less stability for her side. To deal with this l will need to have an extra length added to her tuck-in.
People have previously suggested separate single beds. We have downsized prior to living with dementia, and this is not an easy option. Besides l can more easily supervise if she sleeps beside me.
Suggestion: To accomodate this exception to the norm, perhaps the tuck-ins could be lengthened. Dementia demands flexibility and creativity l have found.
