I never received my order. I ordered some speakers for my husband in December for Christmas and they still haven't arrived. It is now February!

This is my first experience with Adam Audio speakers. The audio quality was better than other speakers I've ever had. Just some small gripes with the pops that happen when plugged into my phone with no audio playing. Other than that, I give them a 4.8 out of 5

Took so many weeks to receive my Headphones did not arrive for Christmas. I bought a pair of Yamaha Headphones that sound great. So I don't use the Adam Audio.

I have no info on delivery date; the order was not integrated into my account

Made a mistake with the shipping adress myself. Package got sent back, which was my fault. But they weren't able to reship it to the correct adress for the last 7 days which is underwhelming. Support seems to be very inefficient.

Perfection in every way!

I preordered an article that was only shipped to me after I sent a support ticket weeks after release. When I requested a return it took a week to get the return label and it has now been more than a week since my return arrived and I haven't heard anything back.
Wouldn't recommend buying directly from ADAM.
Edit: Downgraded to 1* after they still haven't gotten back to me after almost 2 weeks.

I ordered the latest D3V speakers, not really knowing when they would ship (they were out of stock!), but was pleasantly surprised to be delivered in only 7 days.
About the quality of the speakers themselves: they look very robust, are quite heavy and are very easy to install with the supplied stands.
About the sound quality, that's the best part, they really sound incredible. Very clear and detailed sound - it's really my best purchase in a long time.

Great speakers…love all of it! I’m listening to fast and hard music and I’m happy that the reaction speed is so great. I would love the option to change the setting of the sleep mode, like many others, but this is just on point that doesn’t effect my rate ;)
