This box is perfect - it’s large but has to be - no messing with handlebar removal
Easy to push I can travel without the worry of damage to my bike!

The customer service is second to none. I used the pro box for the first time going to the Mallorca 312. So easy to pack. Smooth transport wheels for moving through airport, hotels etc. The case is very tuff and strong, which was lucky for me given the amount of scraps on collection at arrivals. Bike arrived perfectly. Would highly recommend it.

Does not really fit SRAM RED bikes, so you have to remove the derailleur! Otherwise it hits the box... it says "minimal" setup required but that is certainly not "minimal". Very annoying. Also NO bags or straps (besides the ones for the bike) inside or anything to secure accesoires, or other parts... it seems it is an overpriced piece of plastic with some inner foam protection layer that could easily cost 100 EUR. Pricey for the level of commodity and protection it offers.
ALSO: SHIPPING TO AUSTRIA (other EU countries) IS NOT FREE even though it is claiming "FREE EU SHIPPIN WITH NO IMPORT" . We had ot pay over 230 EUR for it... 1,1K for plastic.

The Shokbox is absolutely the best bike box I have ever used, it is quick to load and easy to disassemble, and assemble, remove wheels but in bag load in box wrap frame hang in box done, Bravo Shokbox Well Done!

Fantastic bike box - easily moved around and next level protection.

I recently purchased a Shokbox to transport my bike on a flight and honestly couldn’t have been happier with it. The box itself is extremely solid and well thought out. Packing the bike was straightforward and once everything was inside it felt really secure, which gives you peace of mind when you know it’s about to go through airport baggage handling.
The wheels and overall design make it easy to move around the airport, and the protection it offers is excellent. My bike arrived exactly as it left — no issues at all.
What really stood out though was the communication from the team. It was genuinely second to none. They were helpful, responsive and happy to answer any questions, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.
If you travel with your bike, I would definitely recommend the Shokbox. It’s a quality product backed by a great team.

Title, but you also can't send these guys an e-mail because their address bounces back. I legit thought they were shuttered. I'm still waiting for my order by the way.

Edit: They re-sent the parts which did end up finally getting to me. It still required feedback from here for them to get to me.

Concept brilliant, both ends at top not meeting correctly can stick my fingers in it, plastic shell seems slightly twisted, had to purchase 2 additional locks as didn't seem secure and fit them myself. Just to much hassle trying to send it back also needed it for trip.
Martin at Shocbox got in contact with me and addressed the problem straightaway, with a replacement box as is not the high standard they expect with there product.

It is exactly what I have been looking for for years.

Great case - expensive but a one off investment - interior padding is first class

Really pleased with my Shokbox. It is really easy to use. So much easier to push compared to my old one. Great colours as well so they stand out on the conveyor belt. Good delivery and good customer's service as well.
