The whole experience was excellent. Ordering was easy, communication was good and delivery was impeccable. Still assessing the mattress but so far so good.

The mattress (Firm But Fair) is high quality. It’s an investment, and we couldn’t be happier.

I intended to have our old mattress collected for recycling but it turned out this was no longer available. Clear and up-to-date info on the website would’ve saved me emailing repeatedly. That has delayed responsible disposal of my old mattress.

I was SO impressed with Sherman from start to finish. The online purchase was simple & straightforward. I was a little nervous buying one online, but a friend had recommended. I needn’t have worried. Sherman rang me to explain the delivery process which I was SO impressed with. Not only that, but was blown away by what they do with the old mattresses. So SO impressed. Delivery guys were polite & fantastic to deal with. Honestly, I could not fault our purchase from start to finish! Oh & the mattress is super comfortable too!

Easy to buy, easy delivery and great value mattress

The customer service from Sherman has been great. In general a great mattress although I do have a couple of gripes.

Bought my mattress in August 2021 and less than twelve months later there is a small, but definitely visible dent where I usually sleep. As a 70kg(ish) person I wouldn’t have expected this. I think this may just be in the top pillow layer as the material has maybe given a little over time? Not too sure but it does have a bit of a ripple in the material which doesn’t go away with smoothing it down. Don’t really notice while I’m sleeping on it.

The next thing that does drive me insane every time I make my bed is the Sherman branded mattress protector does not fit the mattress. It is near impossible to get all four of the elastic corners on and to stay on. They are so tight that there is indents on each corner of the mattress that do not go away. The elastic of the protector itself is not angled at all to help it fit and is tearing and probably will not last much longer. I understand that the walls of the mattress are deeper than a typical mattress but I would have expected that the Sherman branded them protector took this in to account. Bit disappointed that the lifespan of the protector is only just over a year. Not sure if the design has been updated since I purchased.

Only other thing to be aware of is that as the mattress wall is quite deep, not all standard size sheets fit.

All in all, I do really like the mattress and it is very comfortable! Delivery was quick and as I said, the customer service has all been lovely.

Very good customer service from the moment I placed my mattress order. The delivery was fairly quick and the delivery guys were persistent getting the mattress to my bedroom on the second level. The stairs were a bit tight but they got it in the end.

Fast delivery, arrived 72 hours after online purchase. I ordered the single 'Just Perfect' and it is perfect.
It feels like it has gel/memory foam top, and springs to support back and joints.The firmness is just right, like a 5 star hotel bed. I plan to buy this in queen size, I just bought a single for spare room, try it out before investing in a queen size. Buying a mattresses
can be a bit hit and miss, I'm glad I checked the reviews as they are spot on, Sherman beds are sublimely comfortable

Great mattress, sales team & show room. Went for the Full body hug, as had achy hips and knees from our old mattress. I no longer have to toss and turn trying to relieve pressure points. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend.

The service at the showroom by Mark was professional and friendly. He spent time with us explaining the similarities and differences between each mattress and told us the history of the business. Once we made our purchase, the communication was clear and timely. We’ve been sleeping on our new mattress for nearly 2 weeks and we have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Sherman mattress to family & friends.

I love my Sherman Full Body Hug mattress. It was delivered promptly, was a very reasonable price and I can safely say that I’ve never had a more comfortable sleep.

I had read all the wonderful reviews, and when I tried the mattress in the shop, it measured up to the great reputation they have online. The mattress was of an excellent quality.
Unfortunately there was difficulty actually getting the mattress in to my apartment but the delivery team were very helpful and patient.
Throughout my experience, the communication and advice from Mark was always prompt and comprehensive.
Would definitely recommend the company to others and use again in the future!
