Wonderful experience dealing with the staff of Sherman. Mid October, I ordered the "Firm but Fair" mattress, but found it a little too hard for my taste, rang the company who were terrific. There was no problem in returning the mattress and choosing the "Just Perfect" - a date was set for the exchange. Unfortunately the delivery company made a mistake and forgot to load up the new mattress, I rang Sherman, and it was Mark who spent hours on the phone trying to track the mattress. He found it and made special arrangements for it to be delivered to me that evening. It arrived before 7pm. Now, I call THAT fantastic service. For a company to make that effort in getting that mattress to me the same day is amazing. 5 stars and more if they were listed Sherman. Thanks Mark - and to top it all off the Just Perfect mattress is fabulous. I have had two great nights sleep and no aches in the morning. One happy customer!!

Outstanding customer service, mattress was life changing, oak bed base was great however the slats on the oak bed base are a bit flimsy, the rest is very sturdy

Great sturdy king bed frame in lovely oak. Love the amount of room underneath for storage versus having a base.

Excellent King mattress ‘Just Perfect’ holds what it promises. Love the height of 34cm, not many other mattresses within this price range offer such thick layers of comfort (think Emma, Koala, SD etc).

I was concerned about ordering a mattress online, but trusted a friend who had fallen in love with her Sherman a few months back.

Mattress got delivered within 4 working days (Sydney metro). Fantastic service, great communication, no delays. Carried our mattress up a narrow staircase. No complaints.

Feels like sleeping on a cloud but firm enough to support my back. I’ve always loved sleeping on firmer mattresses but the Sherman ‘Just Perfect’ is what is says it is.

In terms of sustainability, more could be done, i.e. BCorp certification or ‘1% pledge to the planet’. Other than that, incredibly happy!!

Slow delivery, but I like my new maitress, quallity is amazing, finally I am having good night sleeps.

This is the second Sherman mattress we’ve had. Upgraded to a King Size bed.
Absolutely love them, only problem is it’s difficult to leave in the morning.

I am a side sleeper with a lower back pain problem. I intended to purchase the Just Perfect mattress but, based on advice at the showroom, went for the softer Full Body Hug instead. After a week of sleeping on it, I am very happy with the mattress. It is comfortable and I am not experiencing any back pain.

My second Sherman - I love my own mattress so much I had to get one for guests. Slightly concerned they will never want to leave! Great service and product.

Beautiful bed base.
Arrived with some minor defects (luckily underneath so can't be seen).
Very difficult to put together.
More hardware in box than included instructions (and emailed instructions) illustrate (so unknown where they go).
Need tiny fingers to screw nuts in small space.

High quality customer service and the Full Body Hug mattress is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. The mattress got lost in transition though, no fault of Sherman and the transport agency was quick to rectify the issue.

Gawd why didn't I get this sooner! It's a good amount of firmness and squish for me.

Easy ordering online. Kept upto date by company. Goods arrived on day booked and within time frame delivery company text me. Delivery guys were very efficient in taking old mattress of bed and putting new ones in place.

The mattress is really comfortable and the service was fast and efficient. I received the mattress within a week of ordering!

On time delivery, prompt build of bed base and headboard, neat installation and all packaging removed. Very pleasant tradesmen.
