New mattress and customer service really great!
Bought a new mattress from Sherman a few months ago. Customer service is perfect and I spoke to them on the phone twice as I had to change delivery dates short notice. They were super helpful and accommodating. I think this is a small family run business (it certainly has that feel) which makes me want to support them even more. The new mattress is really great too, it took us a few nights to get used to it as it was firmer than our previous one, but now we love it. They even remind you of their 90day no-hassle test period and explain that it might take a while to get used to a new mattress. All in all, great experience and I would definitely buy a mattress here again.

In short- Customer service was horrible. My mattress delivery took a month to arrive. Three bookings were made to deliver and each time it was cancelled. After complaining I had a representative call me to tell me that they are the best mattress company in Australia and nothing is their fault. He was so incredibly rude and was scoffing at me when I was trying to express my concerns. Would not bother using this company again. They are certainly not the best mattress company, go with a reputable brand and save yourself the hassle.
Full story- I received a call to pick a delivery date and settled on a Monday. Then received another call to say that they had picked the wrong mattress and now they won’t be able to deliver on Monday. I was fine with that and we settled on a Tuesday instead. The Tuesdays was a public holiday so I thought that was odd but was happy to have it ASAP. Tuesday came around and I received no contact or mattress. I rang them on the Wednesday and received a text message asking if delivery the following Monday was ok. I replied saying that I was disappointed that I was told Tuesday and didn’t receive any communications. I received a call from the same man I had been dealing with the whole time. He was very aggressive making out like I was stupid for thinking they deliver on a public holiday and that I must have gotten things mixed up. I told him they definitely told me Tuesday and it was their mistake but he was scoffing at me and just insisting that I clearly got things wrong. He proceeded to tell me they are the best mattress company in Australia and so very professional. He offered a refund but I just wanted my mattress. The phone call made me so uncomfortable. I get mistakes happen and miscommunication happens but he was just so condescending. The conversation felt like in short “I’m right you’re wrong, we are the best, we don’t make mistakes”. Anyway another date was settled. Again the day came around no communications. This whole time I had been receiving calls or text messages about the product so I called them. Again no answer, called the mobile number no answer. Finally emailed them and the emailed back saying that the delivery is not coming today and they already emailed me about it. I was pretty pissed because I wouldn’t even think to check my emails regarding the mattress as they have only communicated through my mobile. I found the email in my junk folder. Again they organised another day. I confirmed via email. They sent me another email saying if I don’t confirm they can’t book it. I told them AGAIN yes to confirm the date. They day came around and no communications again. Checked email and phone with nothing. Around mid day I tried calling with no answer. I called both their phones for hours with no answer. Then they messaged me back into he SAME NUMBER they had not answered my calls on to say the delivery drivers will contact me later. Through this whole process not one person answers any of my calls. And I called both their mobile and their main line with no answers. Impossible to get onto unless they call you and even then be careful because you may just get scolded by their employees for daring to complain about their poor service.
Update: the number I was calling was the number OFF THE SHERMAN WEBSITE (1300 982 325) plus a mobile number that told me they were from Sherman mattresses because when I spoke to them with that mobile number not only did they introduce themselves as from Sherman mattress but also blamed the delivery company for getting my delivery wrong. And they also were the same number that told me all about how Sherman mattresses was the “best matress company in Australia” NOT the delivery partner. I did eventually contact the delivery partners and they were very professional. Another perfect example of the company blaming those they are supposed to be in a partnership with or their customers. Honestly disgusting, I’m am a big online shopper and never experience such unprofessionalism. This whole company is a stitch up I’m actually shocked at the excuses.

I love these mattresses! That would be an understatement, I now have 3. 2 king size and 1 queen size, for all my family when they visit.
This man is everything that he says he is, and this is coming from a born skeptic.
Sherman is great coach he's really into helping his students to become successful. It's like taking an in-depth business course in real estate investing. a price of Starbucks of coffee for month. Very easy to understand if you apply the homework assignments and task that he gives you through out the course. The purpose is to coach you out of doubt and build your confidence to do your first deal. Some guy wanted to charge me 8 thousand for what sherman is teaching me. I made a deal with God, that I'm going to put in the work to come an investor and he answer me by putting Sherman Ragland in my time line. know one can't tell me that prayers can't be answer. I'm off to the races now thanks Sherman and your team for everything. Vincent C.

DO NOT buy a mattress from this company my mattress has been nothing but a headache started to sag and also the middle of the mattress there is a big bump sent multiple emails to this company with photos and all they said is rotate the mattress wouldn't take responsibility or offer to switch or refund the product now have the worst Hip pain and have wasted $1300 the mattress is 14 months old and is having to been thrown out.
A little too firm for comfort
The company is wonderful to deal with and the delivery was a hoot. The guys laughed all the way up 5 flights of stairs and unpacked the mattress like it was a piece of glass.
But the mattress, only time will tell. Presently it is very firm a bit too firm for my daughter. She is going to jump on it to see if that helps.

The delivery persons were very efficient and in setting up our mattress and moving our old one to another room. The Sherman mattress is perfect and the purchasing experience was 5 star.
