Missing items and no response

I am extremely disappointed with Shein's customer service. I opened a dispute regarding missing items from my package. (Ticket ID: GEUTK32PVAKKDBD).
​The outer delivery bag arrived with clear sellotape wrapped all around it, looking heavily tampered with before it reached me. I uploaded clear screenshots and photos to the ticket showing the exact items I actually received versus what was missing, as well as the state of the packaging.
​On May 21, 2026, an agent named Frank replied stating they would conduct a further check taking 5–7 working days, and asked me to wait. Instead of providing the promised resolution or a refund, Shein has now completely closed the ticket without any response.
​The investigation window has passed, and I am left without my items and no answer. I expect Shein to look into Ticket GEUTK32PVAKKDBD immediately and issue a refund. I am currently initiating a chargeback dispute with my bank to get my money back since Shein has failed to resolve this.

Worst customer service possible

Worst customer service possible. Spent over an hour trying to resolve an issue with my order with about 3 different representatives. Every time they just send copy and paste responses and refuse to escalate the issue to a superior. Even worse they will end the conversation if you push escalation. My issue is still not solved. They won't be getting business from me again.

Robbing people of there money.

Im writing this review regarding the partial refund issued for my recent return. I ordered five bikinis, kept one, and returned the remaining four all of which had the hygiene strips fully attached when they were sent back.
On return of my money they only sent me half back as they stated that two items were returned without hygiene strips and asked whether I took photos before returning them. I want to make it clear that I am not required to photograph items prior to return, nor was this stated anywhere in your return policy. You took 2x pictures of the bikinis with the hygiene strips missing upon arrival to wish you have taken of yourself and lied. Therefore you cannot lawfully withhold part of my refund. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter through my bank for a chargeback and report the issue to Trading Standards.
I have heard that shein has done this to so many people,
To me that's robbing people of there money. I will never be ordering from this company again.
Thay are liars and thieving horrible people.

Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. Returned various items including a bikini which was apparently noted as being in an unsatisfactory condition upon return and was therefore non refundable?! It was returned in EXACTLY the same condition as in which it arrived (simply tried on and returned) and when I queried i was sent a photo of a completely differently coloured piece of material (grey and not black) as proof of poor condition and again refused a refund! Having tried to escalate further it was demanded that I provide proof of the condition at point of return in the form of a photo- who on earth photographs items being returned when they are in an identical condition to that in which they arrived??! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never spend another penny with this disgusting company!

Don’t trust YODEL deliveries.

Instruction left on YODEL app as to where parcel box including photograph was on our property however parcel left on front doorstep. Will not be using SHEIN again whilst they use YODEL delivery service.

DO NOT BUY SWIMWEAR FROM THOSE COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Ordered 5 bikinis sent them back and they wouldn’t issue a refund even though I included photos to say the bikinis were defective because the hygiene strips were coming off. I returned them and they refused to refund them saying they were defective
They were defective when they came through
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They say they’ve sent me an email to resolve the issue they have not. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

If there is a zero

If there is a zero, will definitely rate this company and its probucts -0000.😡 ordered this heavy campained bra, today I recieved literally a trash material, very low quality finish and it is not anything like what they are advertising, this company making lots of profits from selling rubbish, trashy products.
My daughter warned me but I wanted to just judge for myself. WILL NEVER LOOK AT THAT WEBSITE AGAIN.

SWIMWEAR WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NO MATTER WHAT

Sent back a few items including swimwear I got my refund quickly for clothing but not the swimwear. Chased up with online chat regarding why I wasn’t refunded swimwear yet, they said they required proof that the hygiene sticker still attached at point of return. I said this was not prompted on the return and did not state underneath the product that this was required only that the product needed to be returned with the hygiene sticker attached which they were. They then sent me pictures of each bikini that I sent back conveniently with all the stickers folded in half and that I will not be refunded because they are damaged. After this I had noticed older orders where I’d sent swimwear back and not refunded either! Shein do not want to refund or even send the items back to you! Be careful ordering swimwear it seems with other people’s reviews too no matter if you take photos or not they will still steal your money and make up lies.

Missing items - NO REFUND!!

I recently ordered 31 items, worth £200. The order came in 2 packages. 1st package 3 items, 2nd package a week later 21 items, 7 items missing including 2 pairs of shoes and a number of clothing items worth over £60. I wasn’t too concerned, it seemed obvious to me this was a justified reason for a partial refund. I took photos of all the item that arrived including the outer packaging. Reported it to SHEIN and they responded telling me no items are missing and they will not be refunding my money. They told me to contact the delivery company! I can’t even return the order for a refund as there are missing items so I will not get my money back that way either.
After a pointless back and forth with SHEIN I have had to raised a dispute with PayPal to hopefully try and get my money back.
They have the most shocking customer service!!
They just want to take your money and don’t care about anything else.

TWICE I’ve sent back swimwear as…

TWICE I’ve sent back swimwear as received, TWICE they’ve not refunded me for it. Had the hygiene sticker on, photo evidence provided on second return due to them saying it was sent back without on the 1st return, yet they’re still refusing to refund.

Become very scammy lately and will no longer be using them to purchase. Loyal customer lost for their disloyalty!

Shein cashback promo not crediting to my wallet.

Despite asking shein customer the same question multiple times and explaining the problem over wr and over again my question was still not answered and the problem was not resolved, infact more problems and unnecessary stress is being provoked. There should be a simple resolution for this. If there is a real person that can represent and help me with this please do.

This site is very hit-and-miss…

This site is very hit-and-miss generally sizes are too small for UK clothes sizes and quality can be extremely disappointing.. Outfits are tacky, too revealing and have very short life wear. What finished my interest in SHEIN was the way they refund money? They give a block total refund amount in the app. But when you go into your bank app, it's refunded in parts, and you have to go back in some cases to the day you originally paid for the goods to find your refund. THIS IS WEIRD.
AND NOT NORMAL AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED.
I nolonger trust this company and will not use them again.
