If I could give zero stars I would. Not only is the product cheaply made and doesn’t actually lift anything or even fit the way it should, but I’ve emailed the “customer service” numerous times requesting to return for a refund and have yet to receive a response. Clearly the 5 star positive ratings on here are fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I should have known when i saw they don’t have any kind of social media presence on Instagram or Twitter. I will be reporting them to my credit card company as fraud.

I bought the wrong size and was eligible for free exchange! I was unsure if it was needed to send the product back, and it took at least 4 days to get any response back but once I did Linda was SUPER helpful!

I bought the backless bra and it was too big so I was given a code for a new size for free. Beautiful product and great customer service :)

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed to ask about exchanges, and Linda responded right away with the info I needed. I was able to exchange for the right size almost immediately after I originally placed my order

The size I ordered didn't fit as expected. I emailed and received help quickly for an exchange.

I got the invisible bodysuit. It doesn’t fit me right, I emailed and within hours had a response! Probably the fastest response ever! I am able to reorder the correct one! The material of the bodysuit is good quality too!

I ordered a black suit on accident but was able to email them that same night when I realized. Linda responded the next day and was able to change it to a tan! Very wonderful customer service! Great material as well, will definitely order more!

First time ordering from shapewind and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. They took care of all of my questions and made sure that was happy with my order.

Received my order within about two weeks, was too big. Sent an email inquiring about a return and they sent me a code for a new order for replacement in correct size for free! Currently waiting on receiving it!

Purchased a product from them first half of November received the product immediately requested a refund because of my unusual body type and that their product per usual did not fit me. After a week of going back-and-forth with them about giving me coupons and sending me different product. I ultimately was given a yes they will give me a full refund and I should have it in the coming days. Here I sit over a month later with no refund and them now no longer responding to my emails. Luckily, I did purchase this on a credit card so if I don’t get my refund, I will be submitting fraud claim and asking for a charge back.

Horrible experience. First of all, the size guide is a total lie. I am a 2XL & I ordered a 3XL, which according to their size guide should have fit me but it doesn’t fit at all. This is not meant to fit anyone above 120lbs and anything bigger than a B/C cup. It’s designed for someone who already has a perfect shape which is pretty pointless. The costumer service is AWFUL. I tried it on the day it was delivered and emailed them the same day asking for a return & refund. They asked me if I’d like another item instead but nothing they have would have fit so I said no, TWICE. It took them 3 weeks to refund me, I had to email them several times. They didn’t even refund the entire order either! This company is really shady and unless you like wasting money I would shop elsewhere. Not to mention you can’t even leave a bad review on Facebook!!! It will not let me.

This journey starts in March 2022. I took a chance and purchased a shaper and got a second one for half off, spent a total of $98 for both. I was nearing my trip to Greece in May and planned on some nice nights out with my best friend so I got new dresses that this would’ve been great under.

It took over a month for me to get them and when I opened up the package, they were the wrong size. I’m a G-cup and I followed the size chart. Nope. Didn’t fit. And the torso was very short. I’m 6’ tall so while I have a long torso, there was no stretch. The straps pulled my shoulders down and even then, the cups barely made it just above my underboob. Both of them didn’t fit. I reached out and they offered to send me something different, just pay shipping fees and I could keep the other two pieces. Tried it again. Waited another month and at this point, it had come in just before my trip. Not only was it the wrong size AGAIN but it wasn’t even the style I ordered. I think I got someone’s else’s order.

I emailed the same email address I corresponded with before and let them know. No response before my trip. I came back two weeks later, still no response. I reached out 3-4 times before they finally responded and submitted a refund. I’m expecting the full refund. Nope. I got the $5.95 shipping fee refunded. I’ve since reached out another 3 times and still no response to get the $98 back. They told me to keep all 3 pieces that I can’t even wear. I requested a postage paid return label and a refund. Nothing.

Companies like this is why I don’t buy anything recommended by Facebook or Instagram. 👎🏻
