They send low quality products and do not accept refunds because they are on sale, which is why everything on their page is an offer, so nothing can be returned, only exchanged for credit to buy the same poor quality products on the page, the return must also be be paid to California and the shipping costs almost exceed what the product is worth, this page should be reported so that you never see the page deceive more people again, spending £50 on something that does not cost £5 in quality or is a robbery in every sense of the word

Sends a poor quality product? Then won't let someone return it. Most likely bc everyone would return everything. Sounds like a scam.

Disappointing

Saw this advertised on instagram and I was rushing to find the right shapewear for my wedding dress with only 7 weeks til the big day. According to the website, I would be a size medium. I nervously went with a small, so that it would be more snug and tuck me in a bit more. When the product arrived, I was very disappointed to find that the small (the smallest size offered) was too large for me. The bra cups were very far apart and offered no support or push up, and the area on the belly was loose. It made me look even bigger in my dress because it was just extra fabric. Also, the snap closure was very uncomfortable. I tried returning it but they denied my request. Several times, Olivia offered to send me a new size for free, which is nice customer service in theory, but absolutely wouldn't work for me since their smallest size was too large for me. I would never have ordered it if the website reflected the proper sizing. Now I'm stuck with this body suit that I cannot wear and I'm scrambling to find shapewear in the next three weeks.

The customer service was absolutely outstanding! The product I chose did not fit me as I had hoped however, the quality was exceptional, and I would certainly recommend the product. The biggest plus was the employee, Olivia, who assisted me. I cannot say enough good things about her. This company certainly stands behind their products, and their guarantee as well. I have already recommended them to several of my friends, and certainly have been very appreciative of Olivia”s immediate responses to my questions.

I ordered from Shapewind in the hopes that this product would help me with a few dresses that have a low back. When it arrived, I thought the product looked fine but after putting it on I realized that it just wasn't going to do the job. The fabric it's made from doesn't hug your body like shapewear should. The shape it's cut and sewn into helps it conform to the waist but the cups floated away from my body no matter how many times I tried to adjust it.

It also stretches in places where it shouldn't stretch (i.e the crotch). It’s constructed in such a way that no matter where you pull to readjust yourself, not only will you have a very uncomfortable wedgie, it will not hold you in any sense of the word. I thought about exchanging it and size it down, but due to how it was constructed, I figured I might as well just get my money back because maybe this product wasn’t made for me. (for those of you wondering, I ordered a Medium) I went online and read up on their return policy and this is what I saw:

It states both that:

"Purchase can be 100% refunded within 90 days from the order date.
Only the cost of the products will be reimbursed. Any shipping fee will not be refunded."

And that:
"To get a full refund it's mandatory that the product arrived damaged and it will require photographic or video evidence."

I've emailed all three emails, (info, hello & help) to get an answer of whether or not I would receive a refund (other than what's required for shipping) for my purchase since both these statements contradict each other.

I ordered from them on Aug. 21st and emailed them once it arrived on Sept. 3rd. No one has responded to any of my emails about the return policy. What’s worse is that there is no easy way to go and do a return. They have their policy stated on their website, but there is no section for you to return your item on the website. No link on the email they send you, and no option to look up your tracking number and then a window where you can select exchange or return. It appears that you would need to contact someone to get your return started, but if you can’t get a hold of anyone then how can you return it?

I’m very disappointed with my product as well as the customer service. Please, don’t be like me and get scammed by watching their Instagram reels. It’s not worth your time and definitely not worth your money.

Absolute scam. Sizing isn't accurate and you can't refund. Got in touch 3 times to ask for a refund got no response. Avoid this company.

My customer service experience was great! I had an issue with my order being too small and hurting me. I sent an email to customer service and they helped me out and sent me a new one with no issues. My only problem was the new one now fits my body and didn’t hurt me but the cup size was too big for me. The product is great and my future husband thinks it’s really sexy, but it won’t work for my wedding dress which was the original intention. Works great for other things though!

Be prepared to have sizing issues and NO REFUND. The small size is made huge, anyone that is a small or x-small in size should not buy from them.

Refund policy doesn't exist. Just like the other reviews said. Olivia clearly isn't real if she's been dealing with all these other people too. I don't want another product, I wanted the invisible body suit. It does NOT fit a plus size girlie like myself. I wrote a review on their website, too, but they clearly block anything less than 4 stars. Guess I'm just out however much I spent.

I ordered a Shapewind bodysuit for my wedding and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I contacted customer service and they were awesome about communicating with the courier to ensure my package arrived on time. Olivia (customer service manager) was very responsive, and helped me process an exchange when the bodysuit didn’t fit. I couldn’t be more impressed by the service!!!

One should have a right to return clothes which doesn't fit and get a refund. They don't take refunds, so I would not advise to buy anything from this brand. Their refund policy is simply stupid - it doesn't presuppose a return/refund if the item is simply not for your body. Waste of money.

After consulting the size guide, I ordered a medium. The product arrived in record time and as I was very pleased with it, a small would have been more suitable. I contacted Olivia to ask the return process. She responded right away, wanting to know the size I needed so she could send it personally and right away. She also told me I didn’t have to worry about send the first order back! I was surprised and happy. I will definitely be recommending Shapewind not only because of the product but because of the customer service I experienced.

Shapewinds customer service is exceptional. I bought 2 body suits and they ended up being the wrong size. After reaching out they sent me the correct size at no additional charge for shipping and handling and did not require me to send the 2 original bodysuits back. Very helpful and responsive.

Olivia helped me with such excellent customer service, above and beyond expectations. She was so kind, caring and compassionate! I ran into an issue but she solved it with ease, and fast. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The product is poorly made, the sizing is not accurate. When I purchased the body suit it said 90 day free returns or exchanges. They will not accept any returns! It’s a scam. Buy decent products elsewhere from an honest company. Shapewind is not it! What a stressful time trying to find the correct clothing for under my wedding gown to have a company lie and scam me! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered from Shapewind having reviewed their return policy in advance. The first line of the policy reads, "Purchase can be 100% refunded within 90 days from the order date" so I thought I would be able to return products that didn't fit under the outfit I was intending to wear. Neither of the two pieces I ordered worked for the dress and I wanted to return them and order another style. Further down in the refund policy however, it states that no products can be returned or refunded unless it's damaged and defective with video/photographic proof. I'm disappointed their policy isn't more clearly written and will not be purchasing from them again.

I swear I read that their return policy was to return for any reason but I guess I got played. They don't accept returns. That's the whole policy, despite it not reading that way upon first review so buyer beware.

The team at shapewind was so incredibly nice and helpful! They answered me right away and were more than happy to help me. They walked me through my problem, and we got it solved within a few days. I would definitely come back to purchase something from this company, knowing that if I had an issue that they would be able to help me with it. Thank you shapewind!

I originally got a medium size and due to my torso length it didn’t fit me right! I emailed customer service and they got back to me so quickly and resolved my issue! Olivia was amazing and I’m honestly so pleased with their customer service!

The original product I bought ended up not fitting so I emailed the company about replacing it with another product. I heard back the next day from a super sweet lady and she personally took care of ordering the product I needed, free of charge and I got to keep the product I originally ordered.
