I placed an order for the invisible bodysuit and when I received it I was very upset it’s not for me, I’m thick and it didn’t not look good, I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get one so I was already upset but the OLVIA went out of her way to satisfied me as a customer and make me happy, since that wasn’t the right one for my body she sent over bodysuit that fit just right! Thank you so much OLVIA!

I could not be more pleased with this company. I ordered a size too small so I reached out to customer service. Olivia was extremely helpful. Fixed my issue and was very fast. Will be ordering from Thai company again.

I purchased the backless Shapewind Invisible Bodysuits for myself and two friends who are plus size (they are top heavy, I am more bottom heavy.) The product didn't fit any of us correctly so I had to contact customer service. Olivia was fantastic! She has been patient and thorough with all of my questions about where things go from here. She stated we could not get a refund unless the item was damaged but she did recommend another product (the regular shapewear body suit) for us to try and is shipping those to me instead free of charge. Thank you for your help Olivia!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Long story short this is a scamming site. They take your money give you cheap items that are defective and do not fit and then refuse to accept returns or give your money back.
No ' Olivia ' I don't want to pick another defective cheap item in exchange for the first defective, cheap item'
After 3 days of going back and forth with what felt like an overly friendly computer- they stopped answering my emails and refused to fix the problem.
This is a scammer and probably stole the body suit design from a legit business.
Only way to get your money back is to report them to your bank and please tell others about this horrible site!

Olivia was helpful with exchanging a new sized item sent to me for free! Unfortunately for my body type (I have a slim body and very full cups) the invisible body suit did not sit right on me with the size I had ordered.
4 star rating only because the sizing guide is a bit difficult to follow, and the cups seem to be fairly gap producing on the sides. Apart from that the bodysuit is soft and comfortable, not much shaping happening but you do feel more supported and held together than without. The fact the suit had three different attachment points to work for any type of backing is a HUGE win in my book, however I don't think this would do well without the strap.

I ordered a Shapewind bodysuit and it arrived with twisted straps and the size was too big. I contacted them and they were very quick to respond and fix the problem. I asked for new straps, but they said they’d send a new bodysuit in a smaller size. The customer service rep was very efficient and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised and really happy. Now I am waiting for my new order. Can’t wait to try it on 😊

Giving Shapewind a 4 star rating, more so for the great customer service! Olivia was so helpful with providing me the terms of return and reviewing having a new sized item sent to me for free! Unfortunately for my body type (I have a very short torso and a bit more side boob) the invisible body suit did not sit right on me with the size I had ordered. However, Olivia was able to send me a bigger size! She worked with me just about everyday for a week to assist me!

Great company, their products are great. Customer service is very quick and personable. I wanted to exchange and item and they took care of it right away, they want it to be right for you which you don't find too often anymore. Highly recommend Shapewind!!

Don’t waste your money! The size chart isn’t accurate! A size 3XL would barely cover my size 44DD boobs. Their customer service & refund policies are a joke too. They will only issue a refund if you have photographic proof that your product arrived damaged and all email responses I got were clearly computer generated. Definitely not worth the money!!!

Don't waste your money. The products are very cheap. If you have a large chest and medium bottom there is no size that will work. And they do not honor their refund policy that is posted on the product page.

I thought this wasn’t going to fit for my large chest (34 DDD) but I’m so glad it did! Fits great and holds the girls in! I’m so happy to get to wear backless dresses now! Customer service was great and very accommodating! They were able to fulfill my needs and very understanding.

I placed an order for the bodysuit, but I ended up getting it in the wrong size (my mistake). The material felt really nice and it's well made, but as it was the wrong size it didn't work for me. I reached out to customer service, and Olivia was very kind and awesome! She helped me out and guided me towards receiving the correct size. Prompt, friendly, fast service!
