The customer service was great! I didn't receive my confirmation email at first and contacted them and they sent it right away. Then, my size was too big and I emailed them. Right away they responded saying that I was still in the exchange window with detailed instructions on how to go about this. Was able to order new one for free just had to pay for shipping. They were very sweet and packages arrived properly.

Whenever my order arrived and I tried it on I was very excited to put it on and try it out. Unfortunately I ordered a size too big and was very worried if I would be able to send my product back and get a different size. I contacted the company and told them my problem and they let me get the item I had for free even without returning the item. It also fits very good, great material and feels very comfortable. 10 out of 10 experience.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER

I ordered from them as they state they provide free returns. The email address for the returns does not work and they blocked me on all social media platforms as soon as I started to dm them & threaten to expose them as scammers. Do not buy seriously and report their social media platforms too

Although the suit I ordered was not the right fit, Linda was a huge help to me concerning an exchange and the size I should get. Fingers crossed the next one fits!

My initial order did not fit as expected based on the sizing chart provided, so I requested a return. Linda provided support in getting me a free replacement in a different size ASAP. While it does take a few days for them to respond (which they state clearly), my customer service experience has been great so far. I plan on reviewing and possibly posting a product review on tiktok once my new size arrives.

I placed an order, but then determined it would not arrive in time. I sent a request to cancel within an hour of placing the order. I received an email from Linda saying that my order had been deleted and I would receive a refund. Several weeks have gone by, and I did not get the refund. The order status shows as delivered via the website, but I did not receive the order. I would either like my money or the item, but cannot get a reply from Linda or customer service.
