Waiting days for my item

It’s not coming as the van broke down it will come tomorrow they call back to back to confirm another spot only to call
The next morning to say it’s not coming today
No reason and I have no idea when I item will come
I haven’t received such complacency in a delivery company
Honestly a very bad service I will never order something that uses this company

Were happy enough with our item it will do exactly what we wanted, we had a few changes of delivery times BUT we had a delivery date of 19th October but we got it on 15 th October so the delivery changes were not a major problem the delivery team put the parcel where we wanted it as it was quite heavy they did a great job

Firstly want to thank the 2 delivery guys. They have been on the road since the crack of dawn.
Very polite and offered to help put the carpets round the corner to place on stairs.
Carpet is really good quality and delivery was in just a couple days up to north east of Scotland

Excellent, the two guys arrived on time and telephoned to confirm. They were polite, unwrapped both chairs and took away the packaging. They then carried the chairs into the room for which they were intended.A very good service.

This is a great courier service
This is a great courier service and wow these guys work hard and do a long day. They provide excellent information on delivery dates and have tracking information so you can see the exact time of delivery. They telephone to check you are available. They delivered to me at 7pm having been on the road all day and still had two drops to make. They were very careful with the delivery and were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs
Very poor service…!
My parcel was Originally booked in by them for Tuesday 13th so i waited all day then after calling them was notified ‘so sorry there is a warehouse problem and delivery will be tomorrow Wed 14th. Email received to confirm same with delivery between 09.00hrs and 11.00hrs and ‘click to confirm on email link’ i did this and once again waited in for delivery which did not arrive so once again i called them and received another ‘sorry theres a problem with warehouse’ excuse and delivery was then confirmed via email and link for Thursday between 09.00hrs and 11.00hrs which did not arrive. Once again i called the factory at 11.45hrs and was told there was a problem with truck but my delivery would come within 1 to 2 hours maximum.
Called at 13.45hrs and demanded a call back, i was then assured i would get a call within 15mins from driver. I didnt however get a call until 14.55hrs from driver and delivery eventually came at 15.50hrs.
This company is very unreliable - 3 days I waited and only received info when i called them.
HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great communication
Great communication with plenty of notice for their arrival. Item was well secured in the van and the two chaps were helpful carrying it to where I needed it. It was a nice early delivery so didnt affect my working day.
