Nice and helpful
I was given a 3 hour time slot, driver contacted me earlier to see if they could make the delivery earlier. Since I was at home this was not an issue. Both of the men were courteous and very helpful. It’s so nice to deal with nice people and efficient service. Thank you

Good communication from the company by email, with regular updates on delivery time etc. Also given current info by the delivery team both by text and phone, of place in delivery queue, and location of the van, and to check that I would be in.
Khushman and Shubham, the delivery team were really great. Arrived on time, brought in the furniture, placed where I requested, and offered to unpack the boxes for me. I was delighted, as this hadn't been available at my previous delivery from Roseland, due to traffic problems causing a 4 hour delay. These two lovely young men unpacked and tidied up all the cardboard etc in just a few minutes - as an 81 year old woman, it had taken me far longer and more effort to do it myself last time!
Really pleased and grateful for the help and friendliness from Shubham and Khushman, thankyou guys 🙏🏼

On time & polite.
I have 3 harmless but noisy dogs & said I would take delivery outside, but they said they would take in as heavy.
No damage to items, although tbf seller's packaging was so secure probably would have to throw it out window at speed to damage it.

Friendly service and on time
Couple of younger lads delivered my bed in 5 (very heavy) packages recently. They brought the packages into my house, which was a big help. Communication was clear from start to end. They kept to the delivery window (would have been nice to know 'closer to 9am than 6am' for obvious reasons haha) - really impressed with their manners, even offering to take shoes off. You don't hear that these days. A friendly delivery, that's on time, is a massive help, so thanks all!
