⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent experience with Lovelin through Sesame. She has open availability for everyone’s schedule! She was professional, reliable, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel heard and understood throughout the entire appointment.

Lovelin not only helped me with my medical issue and promptly sent my prescription to the pharmacy, but she also took the time to explain other services available through Sesame. Her patience, compassion, and willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations.

It’s rare to find a provider who is both highly competent and genuinely caring, but Lovelin is exactly that. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and support she provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality healthcare through Sesame.

Very easy to set an appointment in the doctor was prompt, professional and courteous. There was a bit of an issue with the pharmacy and the doctor worked hard to resolve it

I am very happy with my interaction with Dr. Bret Danielson. He was attentive, and he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. SCAMMER ALERT!!

SCAMMER ALERT!!! Do not use this website. I got scammed by a nurse who took my money and never provided me services. It looks like sesame protects scammer or might be on board with them too. The customer service never resolved the issue and never called me back. do not waste your money on this site. be careful

Stormy was great

Stormy was great .
She was fast and thorough. 10/10 I had my primary care drop me and I had to reregister as a new patient. I had a prescription filled and ready within 10 minutes of talking to her. Thanks Stormy!

BEST PROVIDER EVER

She’s very patient/understanding what you’re going through. She’s very thorough with what she’s ask and Explains things very well. She has very good recommendations on what medication you should try. She’s very understanding on the situations that people are in. I really appreciate her and her efforts to make people better and actually have conversations about the concerns even if it goes over the hour a little. That how I know she cares about what she does and I hope people can start to realize, SHE IS THE PROVIDER you are going to want to see!!

Do NOT use this telehealth service

Do NOT use this telehealth service! I paid for 6 months of service - the doctor would meet for all of 5-10 minutes, got prescriptions wrong causing back and forth, then my doctor assigned was not available for two months and the only answer was cancel my program (and wait 10 days for a refund) to then be encouraged to repay and get back on the program to be assigned a new doctor. This is a terrible way to handle patients who need medications and ongoing care. The customer service representative tried to say this was an issue they get every day but there is no other fix. I’d strongly encourage Sesame to make sure they can deliver on the services they market and promise as in this case they could not.

The signup process was very smooth, and my doctor (Dr. Wiltcher) was both personable and professional. She was able to make solid recommendations for my health needs and was very easy to talk with. I look forward to continuing my health care services with her and Sesame!

Dr. Khan heard my concerns and advised me in a direction that made me feel comfortable about our plan of action. He also expressed his concerns about side effects. Very engaging. He’s a busy doctor but I felt heard.

My experience with Sesame

My experience with Sesame, particularly regarding prescription issues involving the Walgreens pharmacy on Elliot Road in Tempe, has been frustrating. 

Before last month, I was looking into joining the weight loss program through Sesame. I completed the weight loss questionnaire, after which I was prompted to enter payment information and subscribe to Sesame Plus for $10 per month, which I believed was required in order to participate in the program. However, when I met with the provider, I was told that they were not associated with the weight loss program and that a refund would be issued. I then tried booking another appointment, but I had to call Sesame to confirm that this appointment also was not part of the weight loss program. That appointment had to be canceled, and the agent I spoke with directed me to the correct subscription, called Success by Sesame. Only after enrolling in the proper program was I able to be seen for a Wegovy prescription.

Last month, I also had problems with my prescription. It was initially sent to Walmart Pharmacy, but Walmart told me they had never received the prescription. Because the issue could not be resolved, the prescription eventually had to be transferred to Walgreens. I still had to follow up multiple times and go back and forth trying to determine whether it had actually been sent and what the out-of-pocket cost would be. It took a significant amount of time and effort just to ensure I would be able to get my medication.

This month, my prescription was initially sent to Walgreens. I was unable to see the price on the Sesame website, unlike the first month, (at which time my first prescription also came with a GoodRX coupon by default without going to the manufacturer's website to redeem the manufacturer reduced price, which wasn't the case this time), so I called Walgreens and was told that my out-of-pocket cost would be over $1,000. I declined and had the prescription transferred to CVS instead.

I then went to the manufacturer's website and obtained a coupon that reduced my out-of-pocket cost to $200. After CVS began giving me problems, I decided to transfer the prescription back to Walgreens. Before doing so, I called Walgreens to confirm whether they would accept the coupon, and they assured me that it would bring the cost down to $200. However, Walgreens later told me they never received the prescription after it had been sent from CVS. Even after the prescription was resent to Walgreens, I was told the same thing, and the issue remained unresolved. I then had to contact Sesame again to see what was going on. Sesame told me they had contacted the pharmacy and that I could pick it up at 3 p.m. on 6/17/26. I wanted to call to check on the status with the pharmacy, but I was on hold for a while. After finally getting through, they confirmed that they had received the prescription, that my out-of-pocket cost would be $200, and when it would be ready. Only then was the issue finally resolved.

As a result, I spent hours trying to locate my medication and coordinate between the pharmacies and my provider. I expected clearer communication and better coordination from Sesame. Instead, I experienced confusion, inconsistent information, numerous phone calls, and unnecessary stress.

I am tired of having to jump through hoops to get basic issues resolved, which is why I canceled Sesame and will not be using their service again. The lack of coordination and support throughout this process only added to the frustration.
