I am extremely frustrated with Sesame. I specifically requested two prescriptions that are meant to be used together, but the doctor only sent one of them.

There is no direct way to contact the doctor. The only option is to speak with a chatbot, which repeatedly said it could not help. When I asked for customer service contact information, the chatbot still refused to provide any assistance.

Even worse, I was told that if I wanted to discuss the missing prescription with the doctor, I would need to schedule and pay for another appointment. Patients should not have to pay again just to correct a prescription issue or ask a follow-up question about a mistake.

I paid for medical care, not endless conversations with an unhelpful chatbot and additional appointment fees to fix their errors.

He made it quick and easy to get my medication refilled! Has a wide range of availability which makes finding time for an appointment with ease.
