Dr. Agnes was very friendly and listened to what i had to say about previous bouts with an ongoing medical issue.She discussed options and was very open to my sharing about which treatment plan i thought had worked well for me in the past. Dr. Agnes the sent the meds very timely and followed up to make sure i was able to get them picked up. Highly Reccomend

The visit itself was shockingly short. I don't know exactly what I had expected, but this level of expediency and convenience was not it. Will probably continue using this service for a long time to come

Their website clearly says they prescribe specific anxiety meds, which is what worked in the past for me and what I was looking for, so I paid the $79 fee for a virtual appt and their medical provider said they never prescribe any controlled medications. I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money and her time if their website didn’t specifically say they prescribe those medications. She then offered me depression medication and I told her I’m not depressed, it’s only anxiety.

I am very happy with the care I received via Sesame. Dr. Ruliffson had a connection issue, so she texted, letting me know what was happening. We then booked a phone call within the hour. The only negative was that I couldn't do a video call (we didn't connect, but the service thought we had), which was fine by me. I could upload photos if I needed to. Dr. Ruliffson was very knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. I will use this service and doctor again.

Dr. Suero and the Team at Sesame are extremely professional. Dr. Suero took care of my mother's medical concerns, he was prompt and very proactive when it came to our concerns about refilling her medications prior to travel. Dr. Suero is thorough communicative, and a very knowledgeable physicians, who cares about the comfort and the health of his patients. Our family trusts him 100%.

Dr. Odekunle was very polite and understanding. Had my prescriptions called in immediately.
I highly recommend him.

The website is clear and easy the only downside is you can’t access a lot thru phone you have to log in a pc to complete other tasks but other than that experience is great but some people don’t have pc or laptop they rely on phones….my PA is amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PA Shaikh

Easy and Helpful!
First time using Sesame. She asked the necessary questions and quickly renewed my existing prescription. It was a simple and affordable process, especially when paying out of pocket.

It was helpful and right to the point. The doctor was cordial and professional.

Very easy and quick.

The visit was scheduled for 15 minutes but ended after about 4 minutes, and it felt rushed.
The doctor did not ask about the prescription duration (30 vs 90 days), and I forgot to mention it before the visit ended. I sent a message immediately after the appointment while the chat was still marked “Open” and the “Message Doctor” button was active, but I never received a response.
Support then advised me to book another paid visit instead.
This makes the messaging feature feel misleading, since it doesn’t actually allow post-visit communication with the doctor.
I will not be using this service again.

Negligent and incompetent doctors that are rude. Do NOT use them. Achie is the worst and she doesn't car about her patients.

I had a very fast and efficient experience with the whole process from the beginning to the end. I really appreciate the care I got with the doctor.

Dr. Ogbodo is so wonderful! His demeanor is so kind, and he really cared about helping to solve our issue. Actually, it was my husband’s appointment, but he was very interested in the few comments I had to share. He far exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!

Dr Leafblad is wonderful. This is my second time with him. He asks all the right questions, answers my questions, and we both agreed on what I should do. He is absolutely amazing. I wish I could steal him to New York. In any case, I will continue to turn to him. Thank you Dr Leafblad.

I wasn’t feeling great and I never had to leave my bed. The doctor signed on by video, took the pertinent information and was able to give me a prescription in minutes. You can’t beat that! I’m very happy.

Melissa Roberts was thorough, kind and very professional. She took great care to diagnose and prescribe treatment of my malady. Excellent communication in layman's terms. She did not rush as most medical people do.
