We have had dealings with Servcorp for a number of years over the different locations in London. Each team have an extremely helpful and accommodating ethos resulting in increased productivity for myself and members of my staff.

I would highly recommend using Servcorp' services and facilities if you have not already done so.

I have just left the Leadenhall Building in London and it couldn't have come soon enough. As an employee everything looks great - the building, offices, support staff and sundries all look great and to work there is a dream apart from the odd lift issue.
As an employer it's been a different story. Moving in and getting going was really easy but from the first invoice there was something afoot. They charge for EVERYTHING and I do mean everything. I had a meeting in the boardroom and food was being delivered so the receptionist at the time said she could grab it for me as I looked rushed. Of course I said thank you and she duly went down to get it. On the next months invoice there was a £25 charge for it! This was an on-going story so we stopped taking them up on their offers of "help" shortly afterwards.
If you have an IT or any other problem it will take at least 24 hours to get it sorted as the responses from management are very slow once you have moved in.
Please read your contract very thoroughly as you could be in a position where you will be charged for things that you didn't realise you would be charged for. I can't go into physical details as I am restricted by my terms of contract.
My biggest regret is that I ever even looked at that building as it has cost me time, emotional stress and lots and lots of money.

We just renewed with Servcorp for an extra term at the Green Park office. Great attention to our business conditions, flexible support and a can-do attitude are a good basis for a valued partnership. We like Laura Aruede's utterly efficient diligence and work as well as the front of the house attitude, with always a smile to spare.

Great service, great location, I usually use the Mayfair office. Xuan is a real star, she is always available to help and Lauren runs the facility so well. Thoroughly recommended!

What I love most about Servcorp is the transparency in billing. I never had a problem with my invoices and managers were always so helpful. I never work with another provider after 2 years at Servcorp.

The three stars are Olivia, Rebecca and Elizabeth at front of house who are very professional and always helpful.
I consider the three of them to be an asset to my company because they present the office so well, offer friendly and efficient service and are always so pleasant. Numerous clients have noticed this too and have commented likewise.
They go the extra mile to make being with Servcorp the easiest and best option.
Please make sure you keep them!

The team at The Leadenhall office are incredibly friendly and don't bring their bad days to work with them like so many of us tend to. Did not leave 5 stars only because of Servcorp charging procedures in some cases, but that has zero bearing on the merit and quality of the staff here. Love being here!

Its always lovely walking into the office of a morning and being greeted by the girls on reception, they are so welcoming and friendly which lifts your mood to start the day ahead. They are helpful when need be, which all contributes towards the 5* service they provide.

Whether its a good day or a bad day in the City, the ladies are always ready to greet and welcome so you realise that its not always that important.
But beyond their pleasant welcome they seem very industrious organising the floor, the offices and common areas.
From numerous visitors I have during the week, there is always good feedback about their professionalism and pleasant manner.

There is nothing better than being greeted by the ladies at reception. They are without doubt the heart of Servcorp. Foreign clients who come for meetings always comment on how welcoming they are, and it is that positive first impression that any business needs to ensure a fluid and long lasting relationship with clients and fellow professionals. The team are friendly and on hand to assist and answer any questions. Facilities excellent and lets not forget the impressive views over London this building has to offer.
